Մանվել Գրիգորյանը կմնա կալանքի տակ. դատարանը հերթական անգամ մերժեց գրավի միջնորդությունը

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը քիչ առաջ վերադարձավ խորհրդակցական սենյակից և որոշում կայացրեց մերժել ԵԿՄ վարչության նախկին նախագահ, գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու նրա պաշտպանների միջնորդությունը՝ անհիմն լինելու պատճառաբանությամբ։

Նշենք, որ Գրիգորյանի պաշտպանները գրեթե ամեն նիստին միջնորդում են դատարանին փոխել Գրիգորյանի խափանման միջոցը։ Այս անգամ Գրիգորյանի պաշտպան Լևոն Բաղդասարյանն միջնորդել էր դատարանին՝ Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխարինել գրավով։ Որպես գրավի չափ պաշտպանն առաջարկել էր մինչև 5 մլն դրամ գումար։

Բաղդասարյանը տեղեկացրել էր, որ Գրիգորյանին հետազոտել և նրա առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ եզրակացություն է տվել միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի անդամ, Ֆրանսիայից ժամանած հայտնի ուռուցքաբան Նորբերտ Ավետյանը։ Վերջինս արձանագրել է, որ այն տարածքը, որտեղ գտնվում է հիվանդը, խանգարում է նրան քայլել, ինչը ազդում է նրա մկանային աշխատանքի վրա, և նրա մոտ առկա հիվանդնությունները կարող են խորանալ և հանգեցնել անկանխատեսելի հետևանքների, այդ թվում մահվան։

Փորձագետն ահազանգել է, որ Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ իրականացվող կալանավորումը խոչընդոտում է անձի ինտենսիվ բուժմանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 6–ին Մանվել Գրիգորյանը ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակով «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ–ից տեղափոխվել էր «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ, իսկ օրեր անց՝ «Նաիրի» ԲԿ։ Նրա նկատմամբ նշանակվել է համալիր դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է առողջապահության փոխնախարարի կողմից ղեկավարվող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովին։

Համաձայն մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը ապօրինի կերպով՝ «Զենքի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով նախատեսված սահմանափակումների շրջանցմամբ, կնոջ՝ Նազիկ Ամիրյանի, որդու՝ Արման Գրիգորյանի եւ քննությամբ չպարզված այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք են բերել, փոխադրել եւ իրենց պատկանող երեք տներում ապօրինի կերպով պահել հրազեն, ռազմամթերք, ակոսափող հրազենի փամփուշտներ, պայթուցիկ նյութեր, ինչպես նաեւ կատարել է տարբեր տեսակի հափշտակություններ։

Նա մեղադրվում է 2016թ.-ի ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի եւ դրան հաջորդած օրերին Արցախի Հանրապետության սահմանների պաշտպանությունն իրականացնող զինվորականների եւ կամավորների կարիքները հոգալու նպատակով հատկացված գույքը յուրացնելու մեջ։
