Վայոց Ձորի մարզի Գողթանիկ համայնքում այս տարվա հուլիսի 27-ին ծեծկռտուք է եղել համայնքապետի եւ գյուղացիներից մեկի միջեւ: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում տուժած Գողթանիկի բնակիչ Սաշա Վարդանյանը մանրամասներ պատմեց միջադեպից:

«5 տարի է՝ Ռուսաստանում եմ բնակվում, քույրս, ով գյուղում է բնակվում, ինձ տեղեկացրեց, որ իմ տան ջրագծերի խողովակները՝ մոտ 200 մետր, գողացել են ու տան ջրամատակարարումը անջատվել է: Եկա գյուղ ու պարզեցի, որ գյուղապետն է խողովակները տարել, իր գոմի ջրագիծը քաշել: Ես ու քույրս գնացինք, որ պարզաբանենք, թե ինչու է տարել, սկսեց գոռգոռալ, հրեցին քրոջս, գցեցին գետնին, շունը հարձակվեց նրա վրա: Էդ ժամանակ մի քանի անգամ խփեցի գյուղապետին, նրանք էլ` հայր ու որդի փայտով ինձ սկսեցին հարվածել: Գլխիս են խփել, ուշաթափվել եմ ու էլ ոչինչ չեմ հիշում»,- պատմեց Սաշան:

Նրա խոսքով` քույրը հաղորդում է ներկայացրել ոստիկանություն, դատաբժիշկն էլ միջին ծանրության վնասվածք է ախտորոշել եւ իրեն, եւ գյուղապետ Համբարձում Սամվելյանին:

Գողթանիի բնակչի խոսքով`գյուղապետը հերքում է, որ խողովակներն ինքն է տարել, սակայն ինքը վստահ է, որ գյուղապետն է տարել խողովակները:

Դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316 հոդվածի առաջին մասով:
