Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդունել է ԱՄՆ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի անդամներ Ջեքի Կանչելյան-Սփիրին եւ Ջուդի Չուին: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԺ-ի լրատվության բաժնից։

Արարատ Միզորյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել կոնգրեսականներին՝ Հայաստան եւ Արցախ այցելելու իր հրավերն ընդունելու համար: ԱԺ նախագահը նշել է, որ նախորդ տարի տեղի ունեցած Թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո Հայաստանը վճռականորեն ընթանում է ժողովրդավարական զարգացման ճանապարհով, եւ ազատ ընտրությունները, մարդու իրավունքները, ազատ մրցակցային տնտեսությունը, թափանցիկությունը, հաշվետվողականությունը, անկախ դատական համակարգը, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը ՀՀ նոր իշխանությունների համար հիմնարար արժեքներ ու նպատակներ են:

Արարատ Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը մեծապես գնահատում է այս բոլոր տարիների ընթացքում տարբեր ծրագրերով Հայաստանին ԱՄՆ-ի ցուցաբերած աջակցությունը: Օրենսդիր մարմնի ղեկավարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել  ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում ԱՄՆ ներգրավվածության համար՝ վերահաստատելով ՀՀ  իշխանությունների նվիրումը հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով կարգավորմանը:

Ջեքի Կանչելյան-Սփիրը եւ Ջուդի Չուն շնորհակալություն են հայտնել Արարատ Միրզոյանին՝ իրենց Հայաստան հրավիրելու համար՝ նշելով, որ  իրենք ցանկանում են սերտորեն համագործակցել բոլոր որոլտներում: Կոնգրեսականները ողջունել են Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող ժողովրդավարական գործընթացները: Զրույցի ընթացքում կողմերը տեսակետներ են փոխանակել Հայաստանում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների օրակարգի վերաբերյալ:
