Հայաստանում արդի ու դինամիկ ստարտափային մշակույթ է ձևավորվել, ինչի շնորհիվ արդեն շատերի կողմից մեր երկիրը հռչակվում է նոր Սիլիկոնային հովիտ: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի ՏՏ ներուժին եւ հեռանկարին։

Նրա ամբողջական գրառումը՝ ստորեւ․

Տեղեկատվական ու հաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաները մեր կողմից հռչակվել են որպես գերակայություն, և վերջին տարիներին ոլորտի միջին տարեկան աճը կազմում է մոտ 27-28 տոկոս: Կառավարության կողմից հետևողական ջանքեր են ներդրվում ստարտափային էկոհամակարգի և նորարարությունների համար անհրաժեշտ պայմանների ապահովման համար և, կարող եմ ասել, որ Հայաստանում արդի ու դինամիկ ստարտափային մշակույթ է ձևավորվել, ինչի շնորհիվ արդեն շատերի կողմից մեր երկիրը հռչակվում է նոր Սիլիկոնային հովիտ:

Առաջիկա երեք օրերը կարևոր են ոչ միայն տեղական, տարածաշրջանային, այլև համաշխարհային մակարդակում, քանի որ համաժողովի օրակարգում համայն մարդկությանը հուզող առանցքային հարցեր են: Այսպիսով մենք անմասն չենք մնում համաշխարհային ամենաարդիական հարցերի քննարկումից։

Համաժողովը մի հարկի տակ է հավաքել 70 երկրից ավելի քան 2500 գլոբալ առաջնորդների, մտածողների, նորարարների, քաղաքական գործինչերի, հետազոտողների, ինչպես նաև արվեստի ու շոու-բիզնեսի գերաստղերի: Անկասկած, ստեղծագործական մոտեցման, լայն մտահորիզոնի և տեսլականի տեր մարդկանց նման մեծ քանակի համախմբումը մեկ տեղում հրաշալի առիթ կհանդիսանա խորքային քննարկումներ ունենալու համաշխարհային օրակարգի կարևորագույն հարցերի շուրջ և, ինչու ոչ, նոր նախաձեռնություններ առաջ քաշելու:

Ինչու՞ է սա կարևոր։ Մենք ապրում ենք մի աշխարհում և ժամանակաշրջանում, որը բնորոշվում է շատ արագ ու բեկումնային փոփոխություններով և, հաճախ հասարակությունները, պետությունները, անհատները չեն հասցնում այն տեխնոլոգիական թռիչքի հետևից, որը տեղի է ունենում: Մինչդեռ տեխնոլոգիաների և պետական ու հասարակական ինստիտուտների համահունչ ընթացքը հիմնարար նշանակություն ունի մարդկային քաղաքակրթության շարունակական զարգացման համար:
