Թուրքիան երեկ սկսել է «Խաղաղության ակունք» ռազմական գործողությունը, որի հետևանքով արդեն կան տասնյակ զոհեր՝ խաղաղ բնակիչներ:

Քիչ առաջ թուրքական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնեցին, որ Թուրքիայի աջակցությունը վայելող, այսպես կոչված «Սիրիայի ազատ բանակը» (մոտ 14.000 զինյալ) միացել է թուրքական զինուժին: Արաբներից և սիրիացի թուրքմեններից կազմված զինված միավորումն արդեն մտել է Եփրատ գետի արևելյան շրջանները:

Լիբանանյան Al Mayadeen հեռուստաընկերության տեղեկություններով՝ սիրիացի քրդերի՝ «Սիրիայի դեմոկրատական ուժերի» հետ բախումների հետևանքով Թուրքիան ևս կորուստներ ունի: Հասաքա շրջանի Ռաս ալ Այն քաղաքի մոտակայքում տեղի ունեցած բախումների հետևանքով թուրքերն արդեն տվել են 14 զոհ: Ըստ հեռուստաընկերության՝ քրդերը հետ են մղել թուրքերի հարձակումները, նաև՝ թուրքական 4 տանկ խոցել:

Թուրքիայի ՊՆ-ն, իր հերթին, հայտնում է, որ գրավել է բոլոր այն օբյեկտները, որոնք ծրագրել էր գրավել:

 

Թուրքական Habertürk-ը հաղորդում է, որ քրդերն ականանետային հարձակումներ են իրականացրել թուրքական Ջեյլանփընար քաղաքի վրա:

Քրդերը հայտնում են նաև, որ ՍԴՈւ-ին հաջողվել է  հետ մղել ԻՊ-ի «քնած բջիջների» հարձակումները: Ըստ տարածված հաղորդագրության՝ այսօր առավոտյան փորձ է արվել գրավել Թուեյմիյա գյուղը (որտեղ տեղակայված է քրդերի ռազմաբազաներից մեկը), սակայն հարձակումը հետ է մղվել:
