Երեխաներին վտանգներից հեռու պահելը ծնողների ամենամեծ պարտականություններից մեկն է։ Իհարկե, անհնար է հեռու պահել երեխային բոլոր տհաճություններից, սակայն մենք պարտավոր ենք մեր ուժերի չափով անել ամեն ինչ՝ երեխաների անվտանգության համար։ Այսպիսով, այժմ բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս մեծահասակներին, կտրել խաղողը՝ մինչև երեխային տալը։

Այս ամենի հիմնական պատճառը դարձել է Անժելա Հենդերսոնի գրառումը։ Աղջիկը տեղադրել էր իր էջում որդու ճառագայթային հետազոտման նկարը։ Նկարում կարելի է հստակ տեսնել ոչ մեծ փոքրիկ շրջանակ, որը խցանվել է երեխայի շնչառական ուղիներում։

Անժելան գրել է, որ դա ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս՝ խաղող է։ Նրա 5 տարեկան որդին խաղողը ուտելուց շատ էր շտապել, այդ պատճառով էլ խաղողը ընկել էր «ոչ այն կոկորդը», որն անհրաժեշտ էր։ Երեխային շտապ տարել էին հիվանդանոց, որտեղ ընդհանուր անզգայացմամբ բժիշկները հանել էին խաղողը երեխայի շնչուղիներից։

Հենդերսոնը տեղեկացնում է բոլոր ծնողներին, որ խաղողը երեխաներին տալուց առաջ կտրեն այն, այլապես կարող է կրկնվել նույն պատմությունը։ Աղջիկը ասում է, որ երեխաները հաճախ շատ արագ են ուտում սնունդը։ Այդպես էլ եղել էր նրա որդու հետ։ Նա շտապել էր, որպեսզի ավարտեր խաղը, որով տարված էր։

Ինչպես նաև Անժելան հայտնում է, որ խաղողը կտրելը կարող է փրկել նաև մեծահասակների կյանքը։ Չէ որ մեզանից շատերը իրենց բերանի մեջ են գցում տարբեր հատապտուղներ։ Այդպիսի տեսանյութերը բազմաթիվ են համացանցում։ Հնարավոր է՝ ինչ-որ մեկը տեսնի և փորձի կրկնել այն, ինչ անում են տեսանյութում և արդյունքում հայտնվի նույն դրության մեջ։
