Ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի եւ տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչության ծառայողները, ծավալուն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում, նաեւ, ըստ քննությամբ ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների` պարզել են, որ Կոտայքի մարզի Մրգաշեն համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարը, օգտագործելով պաշտոնեական դիրքը, 2015-2018 թթ. ընթացքում կայացրել է որոշումներ` Մրգաշենի մի շարք բնակիչների անվամբ, որպես սոցիալապես անապահով անձանց, Հայրենական, Արցախյան, ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմների մասնակիցների, զոհված ազատամարտիկների ընտանիքների, ազատամարտիկների, նաեւ «Վերջին զանգի» տոնակատարության ու Ամանորի առթիվ դրամական օգնություններ տրամադրելու մասին, որոնց հիման վրա Մրգաշենի համայնքապետարանի սոցիալական հատուկ արտոնությունների բյուջեի ծախսերից ելքագրելով, այս պահին քննությանը հայտնի տվյալներով` ընդհանուր մոտ 4 միլիոն 350 հազար դրամ, եւ կեղծելով գումարը ստացող անձանց ստորագրությունները` յուրացրել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի` ընդհանուր մոտ 3 միլիոն 380 հազար դրամ:

Ոստիկանությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ բացի այդ, 2019 թ. հոկտեմբերի 10-ին ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչությունում մի քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Մրգաշեն համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարը համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող բնակելի կառուցապատման նշանակության հողատարածքն իրեն օտարելու դիմաց, որպես կաշառք, այս պահին քննությանը հայտնի տվյալներով` 2008 թ. վերջին պահանջել է 2000 դոլար, որից 1.700-ը նա տվել է 2009 թվականի հոկտեմբեր ամսին, իսկ մնացած 170 հազար դրամը` դեկտեմբերին: Սակայն համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարը ոչ միայն չի կատարել խոստումը, այլեւ մինչ օրս չի վերադարձրել ստացած գումարը:
