ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն ողջունում է Ուկրաինայի խորհրդարանում Հայաստանի հետ բարեկամական խմբի ձևավորումը

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը ողջունում է Ուկրաինայի խորհրդարանում Հայաստանի հետ բարեկամական խմբի ձևավորումը և վստահություն հայտնում, որ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի Հայաստան-Ուկրաինա 16 անդամ ունեցող բարեկամական խումբը և ուկրաինացի գործընկերները կգործադրեն առավելագույն ջանքերը ոչ միայն միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու, այլև երկու երկրների և ժողովուրդների միջև ավանդական բարեկամական կապերը և գործակցությունը զարգացնելու ուղղությամբ։  Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան նշել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանը։

Ներկայացնում ենք հարցն ու պատասխանն ամբողջությամբ։

Արմենպրես. Ինչպե՞ս է Հայաստանի արտաքին գերատեսչությունը գնահատում Ուկրաինայի Գերագույն Ռադայում հոկտեմբերի 18-ին Հայաստանի հետ միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամական խմբի ստեղծումը հայ-ուկրաինական հարաբերությունների զարգացման հեռանկարի տեսանկյունից։

Ուկրաինայի խորհրդարանում Հայաստանի հետ բարեկամական խմբի ձևավորումն ողջունելի է: Վստահ ենք, որ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում գործող՝ պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Իգիթյանի գլխավորած Հայաստան-Ուկրաինա 16 անդամ ունեցող բարեկամական խումբը և ուկրաինացի գործընկերները կգործադրեն առավելագույն ջանքերը ոչ միայն միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու, այլև երկու երկրների և ժողովուրդների միջև ավանդական բարեկամական կապերը և գործակցությունը զարգացնելու ուղղությամբ։  

 

Համոզված ենք, որ հետագայում նույնպես Հայաստանի դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչության և հայ համայնքի, ինչպես նաև ուկրաինացի բարեկամների հետևողական աշխատանքը կլինի նույնքան արդյունավետ։

Ուկրաինայի խորհրդարանում՝ Ռադայում, հոկտեմբերի 18-ին ստեղծվել է Հայաստանի հետ միջխորհրդարանական կապերի պատգամավորական խումբ. այն գլխավորելու է իշխող «Ժողովրդի ծառա» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արտեմ Դմիտրուկը: Խմբում ներառված է 12 պատգամավոր: 

Ուկրաինայի հայերի միության նախագահ Վիլեն Շատվորյանը ողջունել է խմբի ստեղծումը՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև արդյունավետ և դինամիկ հարաբերությունները բխում են երկու երկրների շահերից:

AnalitikaUA.net կայքին մեկնաբանության մեջ Շատվորյանը նշել է, որ մեծ հեռանկարներ է տեսնում Կիևի և Երևանի միջև քաղաքական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման համար: «Խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտությունը արտաքին քաղաքականության աշխատանքի կարևոր ռեսուրս է: Վստահ եմ, որ խորհրդարանական խմբերի միջև համագործակցության ակտիվացումը կարող է կարևոր խթան հանդիսանալ երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության զարգացման համար»:

Նա հավելեց, որ Ուկրաինայի հայերի միությունը կշարունակի առավելագույնի հասցնել Ուկրաինայի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների զարգացումը:
