Հայկ Հարությունյանը հոգեբանորեն պատրաստ չէր գար ու պատասխաներ հարցերին, որոնք իր համար ցանկալի չէին: Այս մասին այսօր ԱԺ ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ հայտարարեց «Իմ քայլի» պատգամավոր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը:

Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ եթե փակ դռների հետևում իր հետ շփվեին, շատ հարցերի պատասխաններ տալու էր:

«Ինքը մարդկայնորեն շատ ծանր էր տանում, որ, լինելով այդ պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձնավորություն, կատարել է գործողություններ՝ չնայած հերքում է, որ օրենքից դուրս գործողություններ է իրացրել: Վստահաբար կարող եմ ասել, որ մարտի 1-ին ուժային համակարգը տարբեր ժամերին տարբեր կառավարման կենտրոններից է եղել»,- ասաց Քոչարյանն ու հավելեց, որ Հարությունյանի համար հոգեբանական խդիրներից մեկը նաև այն էր, որ վերջինս նախկինում աշխատել է կալանավայրերի վարչությունում ու չի կարողացել պատկերացնել, որ կալանավայրում կարող է դռան մյուս կողմը հայտնվել: 

 
Նա նշեց, որ պետք է նախ պարզել Հայկ Հարությունյանը սպանվել է, թե ինքնասպան է եղել: Նախաքննական մարմինների որակյալ աշխատանքը շատ կարևոր է այս հարցում, որ քաղաքական շահարկումներ չլինեն:
