Հայաստանը Չմիավորման շարժման անդամ-պետություններին կոչ է արել հարգել բանակցությունները եւ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ջանքերը․

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ուշադիր հետևում է Չմիավորման Շարժման շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին, ներառյալ՝ 2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 25-26-ին Ադրբեջանի մայրաքաղաք Բաքվում կայացած Չմիավորման Շարժման պետությունների և կառավարությունների ղեկավարների վերջին գագաթաժողովի աշխատանքներին։

Ունենալով դիտորդ-պետության կարգավիճակ Չմիավորման Շարժման մեջ՝ Հայաստանը չէր կարող որևէ կերպ ներգրավվել կամ հավանություն հայտնել գործընթացին, ինչը բացահայտորեն ցուցադրում է հյուրընկալող պետության՝ հարթակը չարաշահելու մանիպուլյատիվ մտադրությունը։ Հայաստանը ափսոսանք է հայտնում, որ Ամփոփիչ փաստաթղթի՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ ձևակերպումները հակասում են Շարժման հիմքում ընկած սկզբունքներին։

Ադրբեջանում և Արցախում հայերի նկատմամբ զանգվածային վայրագություններ իրականացրած Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները, որոնք հետևողականորեն վարել են անհանդուրժողականության և ատելության քաղաքականություն, այդ թվում՝ հայերին սպանության համար դատապարտված ոճրագործների հրապարակային հերոսացման միջոցով, որոնք շարունակաբար ռազմական ագրեսիայի փորձեր են ձեռնարկել Արցախի դեմ, ուղղակի և անմիջական պատասխանատվություն են կրում Արցախի ժողովրդի էքզիստենցիալ անվտանգությանը սպառնացող ռիսկերի ստեղծման համար:

Նրանք ևս մեկ անգամ ցուցադրեցին իրենց մոտ հանձնառության բացակայությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման միջազգային մանդատ ունեցող միակ ձևաչափի՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ներքո ընթացող խաղաղ գործընթացին՝ ներկայիս բանակցային գործընթացը խաթարելու նպատակով գործի դնելով «համաժողովային առուծախի» իրենց փորձը:

Հայաստանը վճռականորեն աջակցում է Արցախի ժողովրդի անօտարելի իրավունքները՝ ազատորեն որոշելու իրենց քաղաքական կարգավիճակը՝ առանց սահմանափակման և հարկադրանքի, ազատորեն ապահովել իրենց տնտեսական, սոցիալական ու մշակութային զարգացումը: Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության միակ երաշխավորը:

Հայաստանը կոչ է անում Չմիավորման Շարժման անդամ պետություններին ցուցադրել պատասխանատվություն և հարգանք բանակցությունների նկատմամբ և գործել խաղաղ գործընթացի ոգուն, տրամաբանությանը և ուղուն համահունչ՝ հիմնված միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի և սկզբունքների, ՄԱԿ Կանոնադրության և Հելսինկյան Եզրափակիչ ակտի վրա, ներառյալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման առանցքային սկզբունքներից մեկը հանդիսացող ժողովուրդների իրավահավասարության և ինքնորոշման իրավունքի վրա»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
