«Սինոփսիս» ընկերության նման ընկերությունների մուտքը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն շատ կարևոր և նշանակալի բան է բոլորիս համար, ընկերության 15-ամյակի միջոցառմանը ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։  «Մենք ուզում ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը տեսնել որպես ինժեներական երկիր, որպես ինժեներական մտքի, գործունեության և տեխնոլոգիական երկիր, և սա շատ կարևոր է մեզ համար: Հաջորդը, որ ուզում եմ ընդգծել, աշխատանքային նոր մշակույթն է, գործատու-գործավոր հարաբերությունների նոր կերպը և մակարդակը։ Երրորդը՝ նման ընկերությունների մուտքը և ընդհանրապես տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտի մուտքը ես շատ կարևոր եմ համարում իսկապես ՀՀ, ինչպես մենք անվանում ենք, հպարտ քաղաքացու ձևավորման գործում», ասել է Ն.Փաշինյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝  նման ընկերությունների ձևավորումը, նման մասնագետների և աշխատանքային նման խավի ձևավորումն է, որը Հայաստանում հանգեցրել է քաղաքական փոփոխությունների, և դա փաստ է: Այդ մարդիկ, ինչպես նշել է  վարչապետ Փաշինյանը, Հայաստանում քաղաքացիական հասարակության զարգացման, նոր մտածողության զարգացման գործում ունեցել են իսկապես առաջնորդի դերակատարում:

Միջոցառման ընթացքում ներկայացված պարի մասին խոսելով, վարչապետը պարզաբանել է, որ կտրականապես չի ընդունում այն կեցվածքը, երբ գիտելիքը, իմացությունը, հմտությունը, առաջադիմությունը, զարգացումը որևէ կերպ փորձ է արվում հակադրել ազգային ինքնությանը: «Եթե փորձենք վիճակագրություն անել, համոզված եմ՝ չենք գտնի շատ ընկերություններ, որոնց  աշխատողներն ունեն մշակութային ինքնագործ խումբ, որտեղ զբաղված են իրենց հմտությունների շրջանակը մեծացնելով, ազգային մշակույթի, արվեստի նմուշների շուրջ պարապելով, հետազոտելով, ներկայացնելով: Մենք շատ չենք գտնի ընկերություններ, որտեղ կան կոլեկտիվներ, որոնք պատրաստ են բեմ դուրս գալ և հարյուրավոր մարդկանց առաջ ազգային գլխավոր համերգասրահում այդպիսի համարձակություն, վստահություն, առաքելություն և նվիրվածություն ունենալ, որպեսզի պարեն մի պար, որը մոռացված էր և ահա այսօր վերածնվում է նոր շնչով, նոր կերպարով և մեր նոր ապագայի մասին տալիս է շատ ընդհանրական, և շատ կոնկրետ, և շատ սիրելի, և շատ ազգային պատկերացում», ասել է վարչապետ Փաշինյանը:

Վերջում Հայաստանի վարչապետը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ «մեր երկրում իսկապես միտքը կհաղթի, որովհետև մեր երկրում միտքն արդեն հաղթել է, և նրա հաղթանակն անշրջելի է»:
