ԱԳ նախարարը մասնակցեց «ԱլԳ-ն կապելով Կայուն Զարգացման 2030 օրակարգի հետ» խորագրով քննարկմանը

Աշխատանքային այցով Շվեդիայում գտնվող ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը Շվեդիայի միջազգային համագործակցության զարգացման գործակալությունում (SIDA) մասնակցեց «ԱլԳ-ն կապելով Կայուն Զարգացման 2030 օրակարգի հետ. ինչպե՞ս հասցեագրել դիմակայունությունը» խորագրով քննարկմանը:

Անդրադառնալով Արևելյան գործընկերության և Կայուն զարգացման շրջանակներում համագործակցությանը՝ ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն այդ գործընթացում առանձնահատուկ կարևորեց բարեփոխման նկատմամբ պետության, կառավարության սեփականության զգացումը և յուրաքանչյուր երկրի ու կառավարության կողմից այդ օրակարգն առաջ մղելու կառուցողական կամքի դրսևորումը։ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը շեշտեց, որ Հայաստանը Կայուն զարգացման նպատակները և Արևելյան գործընկերությունը դիտարկում է որպես միջազգային համագործակցության կարևոր շրջանակ՝ այն լավագույնս օգտագործելով ազգային օրակարգը խթանելու, դրա շրջանակներում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներն ու զարգացումն առաջ մղելու համար:

Անդրադարձ կատարելով ներկայիս կառավարության կողմից հանրության շրջանում վստահության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ գործադրված ջանքերին՝ նախարար Մնացականյանը նշեց, որ թավշյա հեղափոխությունը հնարավոր դարձավ իրականացնել ինստիտուցիոնալ կառույցների կարողության շնորհիվ, որը կապված է նաև Կայուն Զարգացման 16-րդ նպատակի, ԱլԳ առաջնահերթությունների և իրավունքի գերակայության հետ:

«Ուղերձը շատ պարզ էր. այս փուլում՝ հեղափոխությունից անմիջապես հետո անդրադառնալ ամենաառանցքային և դժվար հարցերին, որի ուղղությամբ հստակ արդյունքների արձանագրումը հնարավոր դարձավ ուժեղ քաղաքական կամքի դրսևորման շնորհիվ: Մենք շատ լավ գիտենք, որ դա բավարար չէ։ Մենք շատ լավ գիտակցում ենք, որ ամբողջ խնդիրը վերաբերում է ինստիտուտների կայացմանը՝ հասցեագրելու այն հարցերը, որոնք վերաբերում են իրավունքի գերակայությանը և արդյունավետ կառավարմանը։ Այսպիսով, սրանք այն հաստատություններն են, որոնց մենք առավելագույնս ուշադրություն ենք դարձնում։ Հաստատություններ, որոնք երաշխավորում են իրավունքի գերակայությունը և արդյունավետ կառավարումը և որոնք ունակ են դիմանալու ցնցումներին»։
