Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարությամբ` Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը ընդլայնված խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել է ձմռան նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների ծրագիրը: Ինչպես հայտնում են Orer.am-ին Երևանի Քաղաքապետարանից, խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել են քաղաքապետարանի համապատասխան վարչությունների պետերը, մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներըը, կենսապահովման ոլորտի կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները, մայրաքաղաքի հասարակական տրանսպորտի ոլորտի ղեկավարները, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 1-ին սպայական գումարտակի հրամանատարը: Մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարները զեկուցել են վարչական շրջաններում ձմռան նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների ընթացքի, ձյան և ցածր ջերմաստիճանային պայմաններում սանմաքրման մեքենամեխանիզմների աշխատանքի վիճակի, բազմաբնակարան շենքերում իրականացվող աշխատանքների ընթացքի, ինչպես նաև տեխնիկական աղի ու ավազի կուտակման մասին: Քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը հանձնարարել է կարճ ժամկետում լուծել վարչական շրջաններում դեռևս առկա որոշակի տեխնիկական խնդիրները: Բարձրադիր վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին ցուցում է տրվել վարչական շրջանների համապատասխան հատվածներում ապահովել աղ ու ավազով լցված տարողություններ` ճանապարհների տեխնիկական մշակումն ավելի օպերատիվ կազմակերպելու նպատակով: Պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարվել է ձմռան ամիսներին մայրաքաղաքում ձյան մաքրման աշխատանքներին ներգրավել նաև կանաչապատման ձեռնարկությունների աշխատակիցներին, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում՝ շինարարական կազմակերպությունների համապատասխան տեխնիկան ներգրավել: Վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարվել է համատիրությունների հետ համատեղ հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել բազմաբնակարան շենքերի ջերմամեկուսացման աշխատանքներին` անխափան ջրամատակարարում ապահովելու և ենթակառուցվածքների սառեցման դեպքերից խուսափելու համար: Այս համատեքստում «Երևան Ջուր» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչների ուշադրությունը հրավիրվել է ջրամատակարարման գրաֆիկների կարգավորման և ձմռան ամիսների ընթացքում հերթապահ խմբերի քանակի ավելացման վրա: «Երևանգազ» և «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչները քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալին տեղեկացրել են, որ հիմնականում ավարտել են ձմռան աշխատանքային ռեժիմի անցման գործընթացը, ավելացրել են վթարավերացնող խմբերի քանակը: «Երքաղլույս» ընկերության տնօրենին հանձնարարվել է գույքագրել շարքից դուրս եկած էլեկտրական լամպերը և նորերով փոխարինել բակերի, ստորգետնյա և վերգետնյա անցումների լուսատուները: Տրանսպորտի ոլորտի պատասխանատուները զեկուցել են, որ ինչպես պետական այնպես էլ երթուղիները սպասարկող մասնավոր ընկերություններում ընթանում են ամառային անվադողերը ձմեռայիններով փոխարինելու աշխատանքները: Առաջիկա օրերին լրատվամիջոցներով հանդես կգա նաև ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը` երթևեկության բոլոր մասնակիցներին հորդորելով տրանսպորտային միջոցները ապահովել ձմեռային անվադողերով` խցանումներից ու դժվարանցանելիության դեպքերից խուսափելու համար: Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հանրակրթության վարչության պետ Գայանե Սողոմոնյանը զեկուցել է, որ քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության կրթական հաստատությունները նույնպես հիմնականում պատրատ են ձմռանը: Մի քանի հաստատություններում առկա տեխնիկական որոշ խնդիրներ, առաջիկա օրերին սպասարկող ընկերության հետ համագործակցելով, լուծում կստանան: Քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալը շեշտել է, որ ձմռան ամիսներին աշխատանքները բոլոր ուղղություններով անհրաժեշտ է կազմակերպել առավելագույն արագ ու արդյունավետ: Ամբողջ գործընթացը կվերահսկեն քաղաքապետարանի կոմունալ տնտեսության վարչությունն ու օպերատիվ շտաբը` իրավիճակի մասին ամենօրյա ռեժիմով զեկուցելով Երևանի քաղաքապետին:
