ԴԱՀԿ-ի վերաբերյալ օրենքի նախագծի չընդունվելը պատգամավորների կողմից ընդունվեց ծափահարություններով

Ազգային ժողովի այսօրվա նիստում քվեարկության դրվեց «Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը:   Վարման կարգով ձայն խնդրեց ՕԵԿ պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը, ով նշեց, որ թեև իրենք առաջարկություններ էին ներկայացրել, որը պետք է լուծեր օրենքում առկա խնդիրները, սակայն դրանք մերժվեցին: Նա նշեց, որ այս հարցով իրենք ստորագրահավաք են սկսում, որպեսզի դիմեն Սահմանադրական դատարան:   ՀՅԴ անունից խոսեց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, ով նշեց, որ թեև հարակից զեկուցող Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը նախապես ասել էր, որ կառավարությունը կբերի նախաձեռնություն՝ վիճահարույց կետերին լուծում տրված, մինչդեռ, ըստ նրա՝ բերվածը կրկին հակասահմանադրական դրույթներին լուծում չէր առաջարկում:   «Այս իսկ պատճառով, կոչ ենք անում օրենքը չընդունել թեկուզ առաջին ընթեցմամբ, հետո սահմանադրականությանը համապատասխան օրենք ընդունել»,- ասաց նա:   ՀԱԿ անունից խոսեց Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը, ով նշեց, թե դեմ են քաղաքական մեծամասնությանը. «Կոչ եմ անում այս տեսքով այս նախագծի օգտին չքվեարկել, սա միտված է նպաստելու մասնավոր սեփականատերերին՝ չարքաշ գյուղացու բանվորի գումարներից օգտվելու համար: ԴԱՀԿ-ն չի կարող դատարան լինել»,- ասաց նա:   ԲՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը կոչ արեց չքվեարկել. «Սա բացահայտ թալանին ուղղված նախաձեռնություն է, կոչ եմ անում չքվեարկել»,- ասաց նա:   Քվեարկության արդյունքներով նախագիծը չընդունվեց՝ կողմ 57 կողմ, 1 դեմ և 1 ձեռնպահ ձայներով:   Արդյունքների հրապարակմանը հետևեցին ծափահարություններ, ինչին արձագանքնելով ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանն ասաց. «Երբեմն պետք է ծափահարություններ տեղի ունենան»:
