Կմշակվի ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման առցանց համակարգ

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի նախարարությանը 2019 թ. պետական բյուջեի պահուստային ֆոնդից հատկացվել է 22 մլն դրամ հավելյալ ֆինանսավորում` համընդհանուր ներառական կրթության արդյունավատ իրականացման նպատակով:

Նշված ֆինանսավորումից  17 մլն դրամը կհատակցվի «Հանրապետական մանկավարժահոգեբանական աջակցության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ին`  հանրակրթական դպրոցների առարկայական ուսուցիչների մասնագիտական շարունակական վերապատրաստումը կազմակերպելու համար:

Իսկ 5 մլն դրամը նախատեսված է վերապատրաստող կազմակերպությունների առցանց հայտագրման եւ դասընթացների հայտարարությունների տեղադրման նոր համակարգ մշակելու, ներդնելու եւ սպասարկելու համար: Գումարը կհատակացվի «Կրթական տեխնոլոգիաների ազգային կենտրոնին»:

Որոշումն ընդունվել է ՀՀ կառավարության նոյեմբերի 14-ի նիստում`  բյուջետային ծախսերի տնտեսագիտական դասակարգման «Ընթացիկ դրամաշնորհներ պետական եւ համայնքային ոչ առեւտրային կազմակերպություններին» հոդվածով:

Ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստումը համընդհանուր ներառական կրթության ծրագրի արդյունավետության  ապահովման համար գերակա նշանակություն ունի: ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը նախատեսում է ստեղծել վերապատրաստող կազմակերպությունների առցանց հայտագրման եւ դասընթացների հայտարարությունների տեղադրման միասնական համակարգ, որտեղ  գրանցվելուց հետո կազմակերպություններին հնարավորություն կտրվի հրապարակել վերապատրաստման դասընթացների իրենց հայտարարությունները եւ այլ անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվություն: Համակարգը հնարավորություն կընձեռի վերապատրաստման հավակնորդ ուսուցիչներին ընտրելու եւ գրանցվելու վերապատրաստման դասընթացներին։ Յուրաքանչյուր ուսուցիչ համակարգում կունենա վիրտուալ միավորների հաշիվ (account)։ Համակարգը նաեւ հնարավորություն կտա ուսուցիչներին առցանց համակարգում ներկայացնել վերապատրաստման հետ կապված իրենց կարիքներն ու հետաքրքրվածությունը, որը ուղղորդիչ նշանակություն կունենա վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ մշակման համար։

Ինչ վերաբերում է «Հանրապետական մանկավարժահոգեբանական աջակցության կենտրոնի» վերապատրաստումներին` 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից նոյեմբերի 1-ը ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ, ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի ֆինանսավորմամբ «Դասավանդի՛ր Հայաստան» կրթական հիմնադրամը իրականացրել է  «Ուսուցիչների՝ ներառող դասավանդման վերապատրաստման կարողությունների զարգացման» փորձնական ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակում կատարվել է 60 վերապատրաստող-մենթորի  ընտրություն: Նշված 60  մասնագետները դպրոցներում կիրականացնեն հանրակրթական դպրոցների առարկայական ուսուցիչների ներառական կրթության մասնագիտական կարողությունների զարգացում (վերապատրաստում եւ մենթորական աջակցություն)։ Գումարը նախատեսված է մասնագետների վարաձատրությունն ապահովելու համար։
