«Ափալ-թափալ ոչ մի բան չենք անելու».Փաշինյանը` սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների մասին

Երեւանում այսօր լիքը թափուր աշխատատեղեր կան: Այս մասին այսօր` նոյեմբերի 17-ին Կոտայքի մարզի Եղվարդ համայնքում ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ուր այցելել էր ծանոթանալու սուբվենցիոն ծրագրերին:

«Երեւանում այսօր լիքը թափուր աշխատատեղ կա,  գործարանները բացած, բայց  պրոբլեմ կա մարդկանց աշխատանքի: Բայց էստեղ էլ կլինի, միանշանակ: Բայց պետք չի մենակ հույսը դնել, որ ուրիշն աշխատատեղ բացի: Հիմա հունվարի 1-ից, միկրոբիզնեսը, որ տարեկան 24 միլիոն շրջանառություն ունի, հարկերից լրիվ ազատվում է: Ինչի համար ենք անում, որ մարդիկ զբաղմունք ունենան»,-ասաց նա:

Եղվարդում Փաշինյանին մոտեցավ մի քաղաքացի եւ ասաց, որ սովորաբար բռնատիրական երկրներում հեղափոխությունից հետո առաջինը կատարվում է Սահմանադրության փոփոխություն եւ հետո նոր ենթակառուցվածքների փոփոխություն եւ հարց ուղղեց նրան, թե երբ կլինի դա:

«Մենք ռազմավարությամբ ընդունել ենք, որ փետրվարին պետք է սահմնադրական փոփոխությունների, որը պետք է աշխատի: Ափալ-թափալ ոչ մի բան չենք անելու, վռազելու, փախեփախի անհրաժեշտություն չկա»,-ասաց նա:

Նշենք, որ մինչ այս Փաշինյանը այսօր նաեւ ծանոթացել է Կոտայքի մարզի Զովունի համայնքի ջրամատակարարման համակարգի աշխատանքներին, նաեւ  Եղվարդից դեպի Աշտարակ կամուրջի հիմնանորոգման շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքին։
