«Ֆրանսիան հետեւում է Քոչարյանի դատավարությանը»․ Քոչարյանի գործով ֆրանսիացի փաստաբանը նամակ է ստացել Մակրոնից

Հայաստանում իրավունքների խախտումները նորմալ է դարձել, սա պրոբլեմ է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 18-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գործով ֆրանսիացի փաստաբան Սեւակ Թորոսյանը։

 

«Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ամբողջ դատավարությունը կապված է մեկ անձի կամքի հետ և այդ մեկ անձը վարչապետն է, քաղաքական դատավարություն է սա»,-նշեց նա։

 

Թորոսյանը շեշտեց դատավորների անկախության անհրաժեշտությունը․ «Բոլոր դատավորները երազում են, որ չզբաղվեն վարչապետի նախկին կամ երևակայած թշնամիներին վերաբերող գործերով։ Այս պայմաններում դատավորների պատերազմ պետք է սկսի։ Դա է միակ միկջոցը, որ անկախանան։ Դատավորը զինվոր է, ամենադժվար գործն է կատարում, նա պետք է պաշտպանի անկախությունը և հարված ստանա, մահափորձի խնդիր կա։ Այլ երկրներում դատավորների անկախության պատմությունը պետք է նայել, ինչ Հայաստանում կատարվում է, այլ երկրներում ևս եղել է, այսօր դավիթգրիգորյանները պատկանում են դատավորների ընտանիքին, որ պաշտպանել են անկախության սկզբունքը։ Եթե դատավորները չանկախանան, պարզապես մնան գործադիր մարմնի աշխատակից, ես ապագա չեմ տեսնում երկրում»։

 

Փաստաբանը ասաց նաև, որ նամակ է հղել Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնին․

 

«Նամակ էի հղել Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնին, չսպասելով պատասխանի, բայց մեկ ամից անց պատասխան եկավ, որ վստահ եղեք, որ Ֆրանսիան շատ մոտիկից հետևում է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դատավարությանը»։

 

Նա շեշտում է՝ բոլոր երկրներն էլ տեղյակ են, թե ինչ է կատարվում Քոչարյանի դատավարության մասով, սակայն դեռ սպասում են․

 

«Երկրները տեղյակ են Քոչարյանի դատավարությունից, սակայն չեն ցանկանում հեղափոխության դեմ հուսահատության պատճառ դառնալ։ Հեղափոխություն իրականացրած իշխանություններին ժամանակ է տրված, նույնիսկ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դատավարության մասին օտարերկրյա լրագրողները գրում են ընդհանուր հեղափոխության թեմայի մեջ և սպասում են»։
