ԵԱՀԿ-ի նախագահի՝ Ուկրաինայի իրադրության կարգավորման հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ, Ուկրաինա-ՌԴ-ԵԱՀԿ եռակողմ շմփան խմբի անդամ դեսպան Հայդի Տալյավինին Ուկրաինայի արեւելքում շարունակվող հակամարտությունը բնութագրել Է որպես վտանգավոր եւ տագնապահարույց, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին:   «Տարածաշրջանի իրադրությունը բնավ չի բարելավվել: Մարտեր են ընթանում ՈՒկրաինայի արեւելքի մի ամբողջ շարք օբյեկտներում, հատկապես Դոնեցկի օդանավակայանի շրջանում, ինչպես նաեւ Մարիուպոլի մատույցներում: Ոչ ոք չի կարող ասել՝ ինչ Է մեզ սպասում ապագայում»,-ասել Է Տալյավինին՝ նոյեմբերի 20-ին ելույթ ունենալով ԵԱՀԿ-ի Մշտական խորհրդի նիստում:   «Հաղորդումներ են ստացվում Ուկրաինայի արեւելքում նոր զորակազմերի վերաբերյալ, ինչը շարունակում Է մեզ անհանգստացնել: Ճգնաժամը վտանգ Է ներկայացնում ամբողջ Եվրոպայի եւ նույնիսկ ամբողջ աշխարհի համար»,-ասել Է նա:   Տալյավինին հայտարարել Է, որ ճգնաժամը «կարող Է խորանալ»:   ՏԱՍՍ-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նա նաեւ նշել Է, որ Ուկրաինայի արեւելքում հակամարտության հետեւանքով զոհվել Է ավելի քան 4 հազար մարդ: «Զոհվել Է ավելի քան 4 հազար մարդ, 10 հազար հոգի վերքեր են ստացել, հարյուր հազարավոր մարդիկ հարկադրված են եղել հեռանալ տարածաշրջանից»,-ասել Է նա: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ Տալյավինին հայտարարել Է, որ Շփման խմբի Մինսկի պայմանավորվածությունները թույլ են տվել խուսափել լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողություններից:   «Զինադադարի հաստատման պահից արդեն մարտեր չեն մղվում, բացի սահմանափակ թվով բնակավայրերից, լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողություններ չեն եղել»,-ասել Է նա:   «Ես չեմ կարող համաձայնել այն հայտարարություններին, թե կրակի դադարեցման ռեժիմը չի կայացել, դա միակ համաձայնագիրն Է, որն ամրապնդում Է խաղաղ գործընթացը»,-հավելել Է Տալյավինին:   ԵԱՀԿ-ում Ուկրաինայի արեւելքի իրադրության խաղաղ կարգավորման այլընտրանք չեն տեսնում: «Համոզված ենք, որ հակամարտությունն անկարելի Է լուծել ռազմական միջոցներով, խաղաղ կարգավորումն այլընտրանք չունի»,-նշել Է Տալյավինին:   ԵԱՀԿ-ի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը կոչ Է արել կարգավորել համապարփակ քաղաքական երկխոսությունը Ուկրաինայի արեւելքի իրադրության կարգավորման շուրջ:
