ԱԳՆ խոսնակը՝ Իլհամ Ալիեւի Սումգայիթ քաղաքի 70-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառմանն ունեցած ելույթի մասին

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանն անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի՝ Սումգայիթ քաղաքի 70-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառմանն ունեցած ելույթին:

Նշենք, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը Սումգայիթ քաղաքի 70-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառմանը հանդես է եկել ընդարձակ ելույթով, որտեղ անդրադարձ է կատարել ԼՂ հակամարտությանն առնչվող հարցերին, մասնավորապես՝ Սումգայիթում տեղի ունեցած հակահայկական ջարդերին: Ադրբեջանի նախագահը նաեւ բացահայտել է խորհրդային շրջանում ԼՂ-ում ժողովրդագրական պատկերը փոխելու հետեւողական քաղաքականության առկայությունը եւ ափսոսանքով է խոսել այդ քաղաքականության ոչ լիակատար իրագործման կապակցությամբ:

Այս առնչությամբ Աննա Նաղդալյանը նշել է. «Մենք դատապարտում ենք ներքաղաքական խնդիրների հասցեագրման նպատակով ԼՂ հակամարտությանն առնչվող հարցերի, մասնավորապես՝ Սումգայիթում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգության շահարկումը:

Սումգայիթյան ջարդերը լավագույնս փաստագրված են, եւ Ադրբեջանի կողմից փաստերի խեղաթյուրումը ժխտողականության վտանգավոր դրսեւորում է, որը հրահրում է հայերի նկատմամբ ատելություն եւ ցեղասպան միտումներ:

Բաքվում, Կիրովաբադում, Մարաղայում, Թալիշում եւ այլուր հայերի նկատմամբ իրականացված ոճրագործությունները, էթնիկ զտումները եւ զանգվածային ջարդերի չդատապարտումը ու ավելին՝ դրանց արդարացումը, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից խրախուսվող հակահայկական հռետորաբանությունը, Ռամիլ Սաֆարովի եւ հայերի սպանելու համար այլ մարդասպանների հերոսացումը. այս ամենը խաթարում է վստահության ձեւավորումը եւ վնասում խաղաղ գործընթացին:

Բացահայտելով Ադրբեջանի մտադրությունը եւ այս ուղղությամբ իրականացված քաղաքականությունը՝ փոխելու Արցախի ժողովրդագրական պատկերը՝ հայերի քանակի  նվազեցման եւ ադրբեջանցիների քանակի ավելացման միջոցով՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահն առավել ընդգծում է հայկական կողմի՝ Արցախի ժողովրդի էքզիստենցիալ ֆիզիկական անվտանգությանն առնչվող հիմնական մտահոգության վավերականությունը 1988թ.-ին եւ այսօր:

Կոչ ենք անում Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին քաղաքական կամք ցուցաբերել Սումգայիթի զանգվածային բռնություններին իրական գնահատական տալու առնչությամբ, դադարեցնել ժխտողականությունը եւ հարգել զոհերի ու վերապրածների արժանապատվությունը, արժանահավատորեն նպաստել ժողովուրդներին խաղաղության նախապատրսաստմանը:
