Ի՞նչ հիվանդությունների դեպքում չի կարելի ձու ուտել

Հավկիթները համարվում են օգտակար մթերք՝ սպիտակուցների եւ օգտակար միկրոտարրերի բարձր պարունակությամբ։ Բայց որոշ հիվանդությունների դեպքում ձու ուտելը ցանկալի չէ, հավաստիացնում է սննդաբան Ելենա Սոլոմատինան։

 

«Գոյություն ունի անհատական անմարսողություն, մարդկանց մոտ բավական հաճախ ալերգիա է լինում։ Ձու չի կարելի օգտագործել նաեւ նրանց, ովքեր խիստ բարձր խոլեստերին ունեն։ Մի կողմից՝ ձվի մեջ կա լեցիտինով կոմպենսացված խոլեստերին։ Առողջ մարդու վրա ձուն որեւէ բացասական ազդեցություն չի գործում, քանի որ լեցիտինը  թույլ չի տալիս, որ այն նստվածք տա անոթների պատերին, բայց հիվանդ մարդը ձվի դեղնուցն արդեն խիստ զգույշ պետք է օգտագործի»,- ասել է սննդաբանը։

Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ անոթները ախտահարված են նաեւ դիաբետով պացիենտների մոտ, ուստի նրանց նույնպես արժե սահմանափակել ձվի օգտագործումը։

Ձուն կարող է վնասակար լինել նաեւ նրանց համար, ովքեր տառապում են ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի բորբոքմամբ եւ թթվային ռեֆլյուքսով. ձվի օգտագործումը կարող է առաջացնել այս հիվանդությունների սրացում։

Ձվի դեղնուցը ունի լեղամուղ ազդեցություն, ուստի չարժե չարաշահել այն լեղաքարային հիվանդության ժամանակ։

Ինչ վերաբերում է թթվային ռեֆլյուքսին, ապա ձուն խստորեն հակացուցված չէ, պարզապես կարեւոր է չուտել այն ընթրիքին (ոչ ուշ, քան քնից 3 ժամ առաջ), քանի որ հորիզոնական դիրքում կերակրափող թթվի արտազատման ռիսկը մեծանում է։

Սննդաբանի խոսքով՝ մինչեւ մեկ տարեկան երեխաներին չի կարելի ձու տալ, իսկ մեկ տարեկանից հետո կարելի է  տալ դեղնուցի մեկ քառորդը։

Քանի որ սպիտակուցն ու դեղնուցը տարբեր սննդային արժեք եւ սննդակազմ ունեն, սննդաբանները հաճախ խորհուրդ են տալիս հետեւյալ հարաբերակցությունը՝ 1 դեղնուց եւ 3 սպիտակուց։ Այսպիսի ձվածեղը չի վնասի եւ լավ կկշտացնի։
