«Ազատ հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ, Շուշիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ, Արցախի Հանրապետության նախկին վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիո Գուտերեսին նամակ է հղել։

Նամակն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

Որպես Արցախի չճանաչված Հանրապետության նախկին վարչապետ՝ կարող եմ փաստել, որ դեռևս 2008թ.-ից վերականգնվող էներգիայի արտադրության ուղղությամբ սկսած ծրագրերի արդյունքում անցած տասը տարիներին մեզ հաջողվել է մեր փոքրիկ հանրապետությունն ամբողջությամբ ապահովել վերականգնվող էներգիայով: Այսօր հպարտությամբ արձանագրում եմ, որ վերականգնվող էներգիայի հաշվին ինքնաբավ լինելուց զատ մենք դարձել ենք էլեկտրաէներգիա արտահանող պետություն: Եվ դա այն դեպքում, երբ որևէ միջազգային ֆինանսական աջակցությունից չենք օգտվել, երբ գտնվում ենք Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության հետ ռազմական հակամարտության մեջ:

Ո՛չ Ադրբեջանի հետ հակամարտությունը, ո՛չ Արցախի միջազգային կարգավիճակը չեն կարող մեզ զրկել աշխարհի լիիրավ մաս կազմելու և գլոբալ մարտահրավերներին դիմագրավելու գործում մեր բաժին մասնակցությունն ունենալու իրավունքից, քանի որ գլոբալ խնդիրները սահմաններ ու կարգավիճակ չեն ճանաչում:

Կլիմայական փոփոխությունների և գլոբալ տաքացման դեմ պայքարին ուղղված Ձեր կոչում առաջիկա տասը տարիների համար նշաձող սահմանեցիք ջերմային գազերի՝ մինչև 45 տոկոս կրճատումը: Մենք միանում ենք Ձեր կոչին և հայտարարում, որ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում կգործադրենք բոլոր հնարավորություններն այդ գազերի արտանետումները մինչև 70 տոկոս կրճատելու ուղղությամբ: Արցախի Հանրապետությունը մեծապես կանաչ պետություն դարձնելու բոլոր նախադրյալները ստեղծված են, և, համոզված եմ, որ հեռու չէ այն օրը, երբ իմ սիրելի հայրենիքը կդառնա աշխարհի ամենաօրինակելի պետություններից մեկը:
