«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երեկ ողջ օրը (նախկինում էլ, իհարկե, բայց երեկ առավել կազմակերպված) իշխանականներն ու իշխանամերձ երևույթները խորհրդարանում ու սոցցանցերում քափուքրտինք մտած համոզում էին, որ ՍԴ անդամները հանցագործներ են: 

Դե, հասկանալի է, բացառությամբ լևոնտերպետրոսյանական Վահե Գրիգորյանի, որը ժամանակին ինքն իրեն ՍԴ նախագահ էր հռչակել, իսկ դրանից հետո էլ պարզապես աշխատանքի չի գնում՝ ստանալով աշխատավարձ, օգտվելով բոլոր արտոնություններից: 

Երեկ օրվա ընթացքում շատերն էին շեշտում, որ սա այս իշխանություններին ու նրանց ծառայողներին բնորոշ է՝ օդում ճոռոմ հայտարարություններ հնչեցնել առանց որևէ փաստարկվածության, այն համոզմունքով, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում «փաստեր» միշտ էլ կսարքեն:

Սակայն խնդիրը միայն սա չէ: 

Ստացվում է, որ քայլողները օրենքի ուժով հարկատուների հաշվին կաշառք են առաջարկում այդ «հանցագործներին», միայն թե նրանք հեռանան, միայն թե իշխանությունները կարողանան ձևավորել իրենց «սրտի», այսինքն՝ իրենց կամակատար Սահմանադրական դատարան: 

Մյուս կողմից՝ կստացվի, որ Արարատ Միրզոյանի խոսքերով ասած՝ այս «ձեռքսեղմումն» ընդունող դատավորները մեխանիկորեն ընդունում են, որ իրենք «հանցագործ» են և որ ՍԴ-ում իրականում ճգնաժամ կա: 

Այնինչ, թե՛ իրական ընդդիմությունը (և՛ խորհրդարանական, և՛ արտախորհրդարանական), թե՛ իրավաբանների մեծ մասը քանիցս հայտարարել են, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանում ոչ մի ճգնաժամ չկա, իսկ եթե կա էլ, այդ ճգնաժամի անունը Վահե Գրիգորյան է: 

Եվ վերջապես, երբ իշխանություններն օգտագործում են արժանապատիվ հեռացում արտահայտությունը, ինչպե՞ս են համադրում «արժանապատիվ» ու «հանցագործ» բառերը...
