Ալավերդի քաղաքում 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 19-ին տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են ավազակային հարձակման մանրամասները, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 19-ին Ալավերդի քաղաքի բնակիչ Գարեգին Հախինյանը գրավոր հաղորդում է տվել, որ նույն օրը' ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում, դիմակավորված և զինված երեք անձինք ապօրինի մուտք են գործել իր կնոջ, անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Գայանե Գրիգորյանին պատկանող, Ալավերդի քաղաքի Թումանյան 51/1 հասցեում գործող խանութ և զենքի գործադրմամբ աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ կյանքի համար վտանգավոր սպառ նալիքներ տալով՝ հափշտակել են ոսկյա զարդեր ու դիմել փախուստի:
Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 3-րդ, 4-րդ կետերով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:
Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության պետի կողմից վարչության և Թումանյանի բաժնի քննիչներից կազմվել է քննչական խումբ և վերջիններիս կողմից կատարվել նախաքննություն:
Կատարված քննչական գործողություններով և ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 19-ին' ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում, դիմակավորված և զինված երեք անձ ավազակություն կատարելու նպատակով ապօրինի մուտք է գործել անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Գայանե Գրիգորյանին պատկանող խանութ և զենքի գործադրմամբ խանութում գտնվող երեք աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ կյանքի համար վտանգավոր սպառնալիքներ տալով' հափշտակել են 38 ոսկյա զարդ:
Հանդիպելով վաճառողուհիների դիմադրությանը՝ վերջիններիս կողմից անվտանգության ահազանգման համակարգը միացնելուց հետո, ավազակային հարձակում կատարած անձինք, վերցնելով հափշտակված ոսկյա զարդերը, «Նիսսան» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով դիմել են փախուստի։
Քննության շրջանակներում պարզվել է նաև, որ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք ավտոմեքենայով բախվել են Ալավերդի քաղաքի բնակիչ Սարգսյանի վարած «Գազ 2410» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային ու փորձել թաքնվել։
Կատարված քննչական գործողությունների և ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայատվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը և կատարված հանցագործությունից ժամեր անց Ալավերդի քաղաքի «Լենհանքեր» թաղամասի ճանապարհից երկու հոգին հայտնաբերվել և նույն օրը՝ ժամը 23:45-ին, բերման են ենթարկվել ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժին:
Վանաձորի բնակիչ Հ. Մարգարյանը և Երևանի բնակիչ Ա.Մարտիրոսյանը նոյեմբերի 20-ին ձերբակալվել են ավազակություն կատարելու կասկածանքով։ Նրանց իրավունքներն ու պարտականությունները ծանուցելուց և բացատրելուց հետո վերջիններս ցանկություն են հայտնել պաշտպան ունենալ:
Տեղանքի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է նաև 38 կտոր ոսկյա զարդ:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում հարցաքննվել են խանութի բոլոր աշխատակիցները: Պարզվել է, որ խանութը ներսից նկարահանվում է, առգրավվել է նկարահանման սարքը, պարզվել է նաև, որ հանցագործների կողմից փախուստի դիմելու ժամանակ «Գազ 2410» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային բախվելու հանգամանքը նույնպես նկարահանվել է՝ այդ վայրում գտնվող նկարահանման սարքի միջոցով, ինչը ևս առգրավվել է:
Քննության ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել է նաև առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց կողմից որպես փոխադրամիջոց օգտագործված «Նիսսան» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ ավազակային հարձակմանը մասնակցած 3-րդ անձին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
