«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2019-2024 թվականների տավարաբուծության զարգացման» ծրագրով պետության կողմից սուբսիդավորվող վարկով 2019-ին Հայաստան է ներմուծվել արդեն 300 կենդանի, ստացվել է ևս 136 կենդանի ձեռք բերելու հայտ:

Այս մասին հրավիրված ասուլիսում հայտնեց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի փոխնախարար Տիգրան Գաբրիելյանը:

«2019-ին կառավարություն էինք ներկայացրել տավարաբուծության զարգացման ծրագիր՝ տոհմային կենդանիների ձեռքբերման ծրագիր: Դրանով պետությունը ֆինանսավորում է վարկերի տոկոսները, և  ֆերմերին հասանելի է լինում 2-տոկոսանոց վարկ ՝ ներկրելու տոհմային կենդանիներ: Այս ծրագրի շրջանակում ներկրվել է արդեն շուրջ 300 կենդանի»,-ասաց Գաբրիելյանը:

Արդեն ներկայացվել են 136 խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիների ձեռքբերման դիմում-հայտեր: Փոխնախարարի խոսքով՝ այս ծրագրով փորձում են հանրապետությունում ավելացնել տոհմային կենդանիների քանակը, դրանց մթերատվությունը:

ՀՀ կառավարությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2019-2024 թվականների տավարաբուծության զարգացման ծրագիրը հաստատել էր մարտ ամսին: Դրա շրջանակում տոհմային խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիներ ձեռք բերելու, մատչելիություն ապահովելու նպատակով կտրամադրվի պետական աջակցություն` վարկի տոկոսադրույքի մասնակի սուբսիդավորման միջոցով:Ծրագրի շրջանակներում շահառուները կարող են ընդամենը 2% տարեկան տոկոսադրույքով սուբսիդավորվող վարկով ձեռք բերել բարձր մթերատու տոհմային խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիներ։ Սոցիալական աջակցություն ստացող սահմանամերձ համայնքների տնտեսվարողներին և գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գործունեություն իրականացնող կոոպերատիվներին վարկը կհատկացվի 0% տոկոսադրույքով։ Մարման ժամկետը 5 տարի է։ Մեկ շահառուի վարկի առավելագույն չափ է սահմանվել 300 մլն դրամը։
