Աղ, սև պղպեղ՝ ըստ ճաշակի Քաղցր մանանեխ- 2թ/գ Պատրաստման եղանակը Խորանարդաձև կտրտել հացի կտորները և դնել ջեռոց, մինչև վարդագունի: Այնուհետև ձվերը և հավի միսը խաշել, թողնել սառչի: Սառչելուց հետո հավի միսը խորանարդաձև կտրտել և տապակել: Սխտորը ճզմել, լցնել ամանի մեջ: Լվանալ աղցանի տերևները,կտրտել և լցնել սխտորով ամանի մեջ: Ավելացնել տապակած կրծքամսի խորանարդիկները: Պատրաստել սոուսը: վերցրեք 2 ձվի դեղնուց և հարեք մանանեխի հետ, ավելացրեք կիտրոնահյութ, աղ, սև պղպեղ, լավ հարեք և ավելացրեք 50 գր. ձիթայուղ: Սոուսը լցնել սխտորով ափսեի մեջ, ավելացնել մայոնեզը և խառնել զանգվածը: Այնուհետև լցնել մատուցելու համար նախատեսված ափսեի մեջ, վրան կտրտել լոլիկը, ապա չորահացը, իսկ վերջում վրան քերել պանիրը: Մատուցել, իսկ համտեսելուց անմիջապես առաջ միայն խառնել, որպեսզի չորահացը չհասցնի փափկել:
