Թուրքմենստանի նախագահ Գուրբանգուլի Բերդիմուհամեդովը ելույթ է ունեցել կրկեսում՝ ցույց տալով համար ձիու հետ: Սյուժեն ցուցադրվել է Atlyn Asyr հեռուստաալիքի եթերում:

Նախագահի ելույթը տեղի է ունեցել Ախալթեքի ձիասպորտի միջազգային համալիրի կրկեսային հարթակում:

15 րոպեանոց սյուժեում ցուցադրվում է, թե ինչպես է Թուրքմենստանի նախագահը մարզահագուստով միայնակ հետեւում «Գալքընըշ» ազգային ձիասպորտի խաղերի խմբի ներկայացմանը, իսկ նրա ենթակաները ներկայացումը դիտում են հակառակ կողմի տրիբունայից:
