Կոչ ենք անում հանրությանը չտրվել ապատեղեկատվությանը, իսկ հիշյալ կայքերին էլ հորդորում ենք թարգմանություններ իրականացնելիս օգտվել արհեստավարժ ծառայություններից։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան  էջում գրել է հանրային խորհրդի նախագահ Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանը` անդրադառնալով մամուլում շրջանառվող Վիկիլիքսի նյութերին Մարտի 1-*ի իրադարձությունների մասին:

Վերջին օրերին մի շարք էլեկտրոնային լրատվամիջոցներ 2008թ․ մարտի 1-ի իրադարձությունների սեփական «հետաքննության» շրջանակներում հղում են կատարել Wikileaks կայքում հրապարակված ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության զեկուցագրերից մեկին՝ Cablе 08YEREVAN179_a (https://wikileaks.org/plusd/cables/08YEREVAN179_a.html…), որտեղ, ի թիվս այլ քաղաքական գործիչների, հիշատակված է Ազգային ժողովի Ժառանգություն խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Անահիտ Բախշյանի և Ստյոպա (Ստեփան) Սաֆարյանի անունները։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար ողբերգական ընթացք ու ավարտ ունեցած այդ օրվա վաղ առավոտից քաղաքացիների ահազանգով նախ «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Անահիտ Բախշյանը (առավոտյան 9։30-ից), ապա իր գործընկերները՝ Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանը, Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը, Վարդան Խաչատրյանը, Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը և Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը (11:30-ից հետո) գտնվել են Ֆրանսիական դեսպանության մոտ՝ կանգնելով ոստիկանական ուժերի և ցուցարարների միջև, կանխել են բախումները և հնարավորինս լիցքաթափել լարվածությունը, որի պատճառը վաղ առավոտյան Ազատության հրապարակում ՀՀ ոստիկանության ու ուժային այլ կառույցների իրականացրած ոչ իրավաչափ գործողություններն էին եղել։ Ազատություն հրապարակում բռնություններից ու հետապնդումներից հալածված և Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանատան մոտ հավաքված ժողովրդի շրջանում այդ ժամերին ամենատարբեր լուրերն էին շրջանառվում «մահացած երեխայի» կամ «մահացած քաղաքացիների» մասին /համացանցում տեսանյութերն առկա են/, որոնք էլ ավելի էին գրգռում հավաքված բազմությանը, որին այդտեղից քշելու գործողություններ էին փորձում իրականացնել ոստիկանական ուժերը։

Երբ այդ ժամանակվա նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և ընդդիմության առաջնորդ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի միջնորդավորված կամ ուղիղ բանակցությունները ձախողվել էին, ինչի մասին տեղյակ էին հանրությունը և Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունները, վերջիններս քաղաքական գործընթացներում առանցքային դերակատարում ունեցող ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներից էին տեղեկանում իրավիճակի ու զարգացումների մասին։

«Ժառանգություն խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանի և Անահիտ Բախշյանի ու ԱՄՆ գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Ջոզեֆ Փենինգթոնի կամ այլ դեսպանատների դիվանագետների հետ այդ օրվա հաղորդակցությունները եղել են այդ իրադարձությունների մասին՝ որպես ականատես։ Մասնավորապես, Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակին հարող տարածքում տիրող իրավիճակի ներկայացման համատեքստում էլ խոսվել է հանրությանը գրգռող լուրերի մասին, որոնց հավաստիությունը մենք չէինք կարող այդ պահին ստուգել, սակայն մեր պարտքը համարեցինք փոխանցել թե իրավապահ մարմիններին, թե նաև իրավիճակով հետաքրքվող դիվանագետներին։

Ինչպես նկատելի է Wikileaks-ի փաստաթղթի վկայակոչված հատվածում, մեր զրույցի առարկան հանդիսացած նյութի առնչությամբ հենց այդպես էլ գրված է՝ «ըստ (շրջանառվող) տեղեկությունների/REPORTEDLY»: Այն մեր կողմից հատուկ ընդգծվել է։

Այդ հատվածները մեջբերած ու «վերլուծած» կայքերը (www.politik.am, www.7or.am) գիտակցված, թե չգիտակցված, միտումնավոր թե այլ պատճառներով, սխալ թարգմանություն են հրամցրել հանրությանը՝ փորձելով ստեղծել տպավորություն, թե իբրև Անահիտ Բախշյանը և Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանը «ականատես են եղել նման մահվան դեպքերի» կամ «ստույգ տեղեկություններ են ունեցել դրանց մասին»։
