«Մենք սովոր ենք ապրել օրվա հոգսերով՝ չմտածելով վաղվա մասին։ Ապրում ենք բնապահպանական լուրջ ճգնաժամի պայմաններում և ձևացնում, թե մեր շուրջը ոչինչ չի կատարվում։

Ամբողջ աշխարհն անցնում է էներգիայի վերականգնվող աղբյուրների։ Իհարկե, դա թանկ կարժենա, բայց այն, ինչ կարող ենք կորցնել հետագայում, ավելին արժե:

Այսօր Արցախում համարյա նույնն է արվում, ինչ 50 տարի առաջ եվրոպական երկրներում։ Բայց Եվրոպան արդեն գիտակցել է, որ այն ժամանակ սխալ էր արել, իսկ մենք երևի տասնյակ տարիներ հետո, երբ շատ բան կորցրած կլինենք, կհասկանանք, որ դա զանցաթողություն էր։ Չարժե սխալները կրկնել։

«Վստահություն» կուսակցությունը հանդիպում է նախաձեռնում ոլորտի փորձագետների, պետական կառույցների և քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ, որի ընթացքում կքննարկվի Արցախի փոքր ՀԷԿ-երի հարցը։
