Լոս Անջելեսում փետրվարի 12-14-ը կայանալիք Ալբերտ Ազարյանին նվիրված մարմնամարզության միջազգային մրցաշարում Հայաստանը ներկայացնելու է Գագիկ Խաչիկյանը:
 
Mediamax Sport-ին Հայաստանի ֆեդերացիայի գլխավոր քարտուղար Գառնիկ Սարոյանն ասել է, որ մարմնարմազիկը հանդես է գալու ընտրանու գլխավոր մարզիչ Հակոբ Սերոբյանի գլխավորությամբ: Առաջին անգամն է, որ Հայաստանը մասնակցելու է այդ մրցաշարին:
 
Խաչիկյանն ԱՄՆ է մեկնելու փետրվարի 2-ին ու մինչեւ մրցաշարը մարզումներ է ունենալու Օլիմպիական չեմպիոն Էդուարդ Ազարյանի մարզադպրոցում:
 
Մրցաշարն արդեն 4 տարի է անցկացվում է Օլիմպիական չեմպիոն Ալբերտ Ազարյանի ծննդյան օրն ու մեծ քանակությամբ մասնակիցներ է ունենում: Այս տարի լեգենդար մարմնամարզիկը 91 տարեկան է դառնալու:
 
Հայաստանի հավաքականի մյուս անդամները Երեւանում պատրաստվում են փետրվարի 25-28-ին մեկնարկող Հայաստանի առաջնությանը: Դրանից հետո թիմն ուսումնամարզական հավաք է ունենալու Թբիլիսում, ապա մարտին 16-ին Դոհայում մասնակցելու է Աշխարհի Գավաթի խաղարկությանը:
