«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

ՍԴ դատավորների նկատմամբ ճնշումները հետևողականորեն շարունակվում են: 

«Փաստի» աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներին հրահանգված է միջնորդներ գտնել ՍԴ դատավորների հետ հանդիպելու և «բացատրական զրույցներ» ունենալու համար: 

Մեր աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ մասնավորաբար նախորդ շաբաթվա վերջին նման հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավոր Ֆելիքս Թոխյանի միջև: 

Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, Միրզոյանը «բարեկամաբար» հորդորել է ՍԴ դատավոր Թոխյանին դիմում գրել և օգտվել վաղաժամ կենսաթոշակի օրենքից՝ խոստանալով Թոխյանի տղաներին լավ աշխատավարձով պաշտոնների տեղավորել: 

Նույն աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Ֆելիքս Թոխյանի հարազատ եղբայրը՝ Մարատ Թոխյանը, ավագանու «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամ է, և հենց նա էլ կատարել է Արարատ Միրզոյան-Ֆելիքս Թոխյան հանդիպման միջնորդի դերը:
