«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Շիրակի մարզի Մարմաշեն գյուղի 2020 թվականի գնումների պլանը բավական «ճոխ» է ստացվել։ Տարբեր ապրանքների, ծառայությունների ձեռքբերման և աշխատանքների կատարման նպատակով համայնքապետարանը նախատեսում է ծախսել 48 մլն 501 հազար դրամ։ Թիվն ամրագրված է 2020 թվականի հունվարի 22-ին ներկայացված գնումների պլանում։ 

Այսպիսով՝ տարբեր գնի և քանակի ծաղիկներ ձեռք բերելու համար համայնքապետարանը մտադիր է ծախսել 675 000, իսկ ծաղկեփնջերի պատրաստման համար՝ կես միլ իոն դրամ։ 

Զանազան սննդամթերքի և չոր մթերքի համար նախատեսված է 700 հազար դրամ։ Համայնքապետարանը մտադիր է նաև 150 հազար դրամ արժողությանբ 3 անլար հեռախոս, գրասենյակային, ինչպես ցանկում է նշված, սպասարկողի 5 աթոռ ձեռք բերել ՝ 68 400 դրամ արժողությամբ՝ դրա համար վճարելով 342 հազար դրամ։ 

Ներկայացուցչական ծառայությունների համար համայնքապետարանը մտադիր է տրամադրել 990 հազար դրամ։ Տարբեր գերատեսչությունների գնումների պլաններն ուսումնասիրելով՝ կարելի է փաստել. 

գրեթե բոլորը մեկ տողով են նշում էլեկտրականության, գազի, հեռախոսային ծառայությունների համար նախատեսվող գումարի չափը։

 Սակայն Մարմաշենի համայնքի գնումների պլանում առանձին տողով նշված է, որ գումար է հատկացվելու կարճ հաղորդագրությունների (sms) ուղարկման ծառայության համար՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ 150 հազար դրամ։
