«Պոլիտէկոնոմիա» հետազոտական ինստիտուտը հրապարակել է հետազոտություն 2019-ի ՀՀ ժողովրդագրական տվյալների մասին: Հետազոտությունը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

Արդեն հրապարակվում են 2019թ․ հիմնական թվերը։ Բնականաբար՝ մասամբ։ Հրապարակումների առաջին խմբաքանակում ամենահետաքրքիրը կարելի է համարել ժողովրդագրության տվյալները։ Առաջին իսկ տվյալն ընդգծում է, որ բնակչության թվաքանակի նվազումը չի դադարել։ Եթե 2019թ․ հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ մեր երկրի մշտական բնակչության թիվը 2 մլն 965 հազար 300 մարդ էր, ապա այս տարվա հունվարի 1-ի տվյալներով մենք պակասել ենք՝ 2 մլն 959 հազար 200։ Եվ կարելի է ենթադրել, որ այս գործընթացը դեռ շարունակվելու է։ Ժողովրդագրական ամենաանհանգստացնող փաստը ծնունդների նվազումն է։

Գծապատկեր Բ-ում երկրի բնակչության բնական հավելաճն է։ Այն արձանագրված ծնունդների և մահերի քանակի տարբերությունն է։ 2019թ․ այն առաջին անգամ նվազեց 10 հազարի ցուցանիշից։ Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ ամեն տարի աճում է երկրի բնակչության միջին տարիքը, ապա այս գործընթացը կարելի է համարել վտանգավոր։ 2017թ․ մեր բնակչության միջին տարիքը 36․2 տարեկան էր։ 2018-ին՝ 36,5 տարեկան։ 2019թ․ տվյալը դեռ հրապարակված չէ։ Իհարկե, երկրի բնակչության նվազումը բացատրվում է արտագաղթով։ Բայց բացի արտագաղթ-արտաքին միգրացիայից, կա նաև ներքին միգրացիա, որը նույնպես էական ազդեցություն ունի ժողովրդագրական գործընթացների վրա։

Բնակչության աճ արձանագրում է միայն մայրաքաղաքը։ 2020թ․ հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ միայն մեկ մարզի՝ Գեղարքունիքի բնակչությունը մնացել է ճիշտ 2019-ի նույն ժամանակաշրջանի ցուցանիշին։ Մնացած ինը մարզերից 8-ում բնական հավելաճ կա։ Այսինքն, ավելի շատ ծնունդ է արձանագրվել, քան մահ։ Սակայն միևնույն է բնակչության քանակը բոլոր մարզերում նվազել է։ Պատճառը միգրացիան է և բնական հավելաճի տեմպի կրճատումը։ Օրինակ, Վայոց ձորի և Տավուշի մարզերում ծնունդների քանակը՝ համապատասխանաբար 400 և 300, գերազանցում է մահացության թվին։ Հաջորդ մտահոգող ցուցանիշն արձանագրվել է Սյունիքի մարզում։ Այս մարզում ապրում է բնակչության մոտ 5 տոկոսը։ Մինչդեռ հավելաճի ցուցանիշը մոտ հազար մարդ է։ Ժողովրդագրական առումով ամենածանր վիճակը երկու տարի անընդմեջ արձանագրում է Լոռու մարզը։ Երկու տարի է բնական հավելաճ չկա։ Այսինքն Լոռվա մարզում երկու տարի շարունակ մահերի քանակը ավելի բարձր է, քան ծնունդներինը։ 2019թ․ Լոռիում արձանագրվել է 2 579 ծնունդ և 2586 մահ։ Պաշտոնական վիճակագրությունը պնդում է, որ 2019թ․ հունվարի 1-ին Լոռիում ապրում էր 215․5 հազար մարդ։ Իսկ 2020-ի հունվարի 1-ին՝ 214․6 հազար։ Մինչդեռ այս մարզում ապրում է հանրապետության բնակչության 7․2 տոկոսը։
