«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Արցախում հետաքրքրական զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում: Արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Արցախում կայանալիք նախագահական ընտրություններում ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանը փորձում էր հանդես գալ սեփական թեկնածուով: 

Հիմնականում շրջանառվում էին Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Գագիկ Նազլուխանյանի և «Շարժում 88»-ի նախկին ներկայացուցիչ Գագիկ Բաղունցի անունները: 

Վերջին փուլում կենտրոնացել էին Նազլուխանյանի վրա (մեր հրապարակած այս տեղեկությունը հաստատեց նաև Բաբայանը Արցախինֆոյին տված պարզաբանման մեջ): 

Ավելին, նույնիսկ արտահերթ համագումարի օր էր նշանակվել՝ փետրվարի 9-ը: 

Սակայն այդ օրը համագումարում ներկաներին տեղեկացվեց, որ նախատեսված հայտարարությունը չի հնչի, որովհետև օրակարգում փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունեցել, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, այլ ուժի թեկնածուի կսատարեն: 

Արցախում շատերն էին տարակուսել, թե որքան անլուրջ է արտահերթ համագումար հրավիրել ու վերջին պահին ասել, որ այսօր էլ չի ստացվի հայտարարել իրենց թեկնածուի մասին: Իրականում խնդիրն այլ է: 

Ըստ արցախյան մեր աղբյուրների, Մասիս Մայիլյանը, որն առկա իրավիճակում նախագահական ընտրություններում հաղթելու շանս չի տեսնում, որոշել է, որ իր շանսերը միայն կավելանան Բաբայանի հետ միավորվելուց հետո: 

Իսկ Բաբայանն իր հերթին խորհրդարանում մեծ ներկայություն ապահովելու խնդիր է ուզում լուծել, որպեսզի նախագահական ընտրություններում ձախողվելու դեպքում Մայիլյանի հետ ընդհանուր մեծ թվով մանդատներ ունենան, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա օրվա իշխանության համար խնդիրներ ստեղծել: 

Մեր տեղեկություններով, մի քանի օր առաջ «չեզոք գոտում» գաղտնի հանդիպել են Մայիլյանն ու Բաբայանը: Փաստացի, Արցախում նախընտրական գործընթացները բարդ փուլ են մտնում, որը հղի է լարված իրավիճակներով:
