ՀՀ այսօրվա իշխանություններն ուղղակի ոտնահարում են միջազգային սկզբունքները և դրանով մեզ հավասարեցնում են անկիրթ ցեղերին: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Մարդու իրավունքների առաջին պաշտպան Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը՝ անդրադառնալով սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ հանրաքվեին:

«Ինչո՞ւ են ուզում բերել և Հայաստանը հավասարեցնել այն երկրներին, մասնավորապես, Ադրբեջանին, որի մասին ԵԽ-ում տարբեր ձևերով արտահայտվում են: Չգիտեմ, դա միտումնավոր է, թե դա պարզապես ստացվում է, բայց այստեղ հստակ գործընթաց է գնում, որով ուզում են ցույց տալ, որ Հայաստանը՝ պետությունը, ժողովուրդը, ոչնչով չի տարբերվում Ադրբեջանից: Ինձ համար նշանակություն չունի՝ դա արվում է միտումնավոր, թե հիմարությամբ: Հայտնի է, որ հիմարությամբ գործելով՝ կարելի է այնպիսի վնաս հասցնել դրական գործին, որը ոչ մի բանով պակաս չէ, քան միտումնավոր հանցագործությունը»,- ասել է Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը:

«Այդպես էլ գնալու է, որ կոռուպցիոներները, որոնք ձեզ թալանել են, դրանց ուզում ենք հանել, իսկ Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը չի ուզում հանել: Սիրելի ժողովուրդ, դուք մասնակցելու եք հանցագործության, որը խարան է լինելու մեր երկրի ճակատին: Հանրաքվեն անում են ժողովրդին  ընդգրկելու համար այդ հակաիրավական, հակասահմանադրական, միջազգային բոլոր սկզբունքներին հակասող գործընթացում: Հետո կասեն՝ մենք չենք արել, ժողովուրդն է որոշել, մենք ուղղակի առաջարկել ենք»,- նշել է «ԸՆդդեմ իրավական կամայականության» ՀԿ գործադիր տնօրենը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Սահմանադրությունում փոփոխություններ անելու հարցում իշխանություններին զսպող որևէ հանգամանք չկա: Ըստ նրա՝ կուսակցությունները, հասարակական կազմակերպությունները, գիտակ մարդիկ պետք է աշխատեն ժողովրդի հետ՝ բացատրելով, որ մեր խնդիրները դատավորների հետ կապված չեն կամ հանրաքվեի իրական նպատակը դա չէ:

«Դեղին լրատվական թերթի մաստեր-կլաս են անցկացնում և կոչում խորհրդարանական մաստեր-կլաս: Դա խայտառակություն է»,- ասել է Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով փետրվարի 6-ի ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստը, որի ժամանակ էլ ընդունվել էր Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները հանրաքվեի դնելու որոշումը:
