Քննարկման ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հնչեցրեց եզրույթներ, որոնց ես՝ որպես Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի թեկնածու, պարտավոր եմ արձագանքել: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է Արցախի ԱԽ նախկին քարտուղար, ԱՀ նախագահի թեկնածու Վիտալի Բալասանյանը` անդրադառնալով Փաշինյան-Ալիեւ երեկ տեղի ունեցած քննարկմանը Մյունխենում։

«Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,

Քննարկումը հեռարձակվում էր օնլայն ռեժիմով և այն վարում էր «Ամերիկա-Ռուսաստան» հիմնադրամի նախագահ Սելեստա Վալանդերը:

Քննարկման ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հնչեցրեց եզրույթներ, որոնց ես, որպես Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի թեկնածու, պարտավոր եմ արձագանքել:

Ադրբեջանի նախագահը կրկին հնչեցրեց Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության լուծման փուլային տարբերակը, այսինքն, այն տարբերակը, որը անընդունելի է Արցախի Հանրապետության համար:

Հիշեցնեմ, որ հակամարտության լուծման այդ տարբերակը քննարկվում էր 1997-ին և դեռ այն ժամանակ հաստատակամորեն մերժվել է:

Իլհամ Ալիևը, Մյունհենում կայացած քննարկման ընթացքում, ցույց տվեց, որ Ադրբեջանը, 23 տարի անց էլ, դեռ խոսում է նույն` հակամարտության լուծման փուլային տարբերակի մասին, որովհետև դա Արցախը Ադրբեջանի կազմում տեսնելու ուղղակի ճանապարհն է: Նա ցանկանում է ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձը Արցախ և համաձայն է հասնել այդ նպատակին փուլային տարբերակով՝ ազատագրված տարածքների վերադարձ, ադրբեջանցի տեղահանվածների բնակեցում Արցախում և այլն։

Փաստորեն, բանակցային պրոցեսը հետընթաց է ապրել և վերադարձել է 1997-ին:

Ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևին ասեմ` Արցախի Հանրապետությունը երբեք չի եղել և չի լինի Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Արցախի ժողովուրդը կատարել է իր ընտրությունը և Սովետական միության փլուզման զուգընթաց և համաձայն ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հռչակել է Արցախը անկախ Հանրապետություն:

Սա է իրողությունը:

Արցախի Հանրապետությունը անկախ, ժողովրդավարական, ինքնիշխան պետություն է և ցանկացած այլ մոտեցում անընդունելի է և ընկալվում է որպես պատերազմի սպառնալիք:

Ի գիտություն նշեմ, որ Արցախը պատրաստ է Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խնդրի լուծման ցանկացած սցենարի` լինի դա բանակցային ձևաչափով, թե պատերազմի դաշտում: Ցանկացած պարագայում, Արցախը պատրաստ է լուծել իր անկախության ու անվտանգության հարցը»,- գրել է նա:
