Հայ-թուրքական փակ սահմանի քաղաքական, տնտեսական, սոցիալական, բնապահպանական, մարդասիրական և տարածաշրջանային խնդիրների քննարկման, ինչպես նաև Կովկասում խաղաղության կառուցման հեռանկարների նպատակով Անկարայում խորհրդաժողով տեղի կունենա:

Խորհրդաժողովը տեղի կունենա նոյեմբերի 22-23-ը «Կողպված դարպաս. Թուրքիա-Հայաստան սահմանի ապագան» խորագրի ներքո: Մասնակիցները կքննարկեն այն հարցը, թե ինչպիսի ազդեցություն է ունենում փակ սահմանը սահմանամերձ շրջանների, սահմանից այն կողմ գտնվող բնակիչների տեսակետների և առօրյա կյանքի վրա, ինչպիսին կլինի բաց սահմանի ազդեցությունը դրանց վրա: Մասնակիցները կխոսեն այն մասին, թե կարո՞ղ է սահմանն ազդել Կովկասի տարածաշրջանային ինտեգրացիայի և համագործակցության վրա: Այս և նմանօրինակ այլ հարցադրումներով խորհրդաժողովը, այլ նպատակների թվում, նպ ատակ ունի նպաստելու բաց թողնված հնարավորությունների մասին միջսահմանային երկխոսությանը և խրախուսել խոչնդոտները վերացնելու և տարածաշրջանային համագործակցությանն ու ինտեգրացիային նպաստելու նախաձեռնությունները:
