ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստը չկայացավ. անդամների կեսից ավելին ներկա չէին. Օրակարգում ռեկտորի հաշվետվությունն էր

Այսօր հրավիրված Երեւանի պետհամալսարանի Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստը տեղի չի ունեցել, քանի որ քվորում ապահովված չէր:

ԵՊՀ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ նիստի առաջարկվող օրակարգում ներառված էին 2018-19 ուստարում «Երեւանի պետական համալսարան» հիմնադրամի գործունեության հիմնական ուղղություններով կատարված աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ ռեկտորի հաշվետվության ներկայացում եւ 2016-2020 թթ. «Երեւանի պետական համալսարան» հիմնադրամի զարգացման ռազմավարական ծրագրով 2018-19 ուստարում նախատեսված աշխատանքների կատարողականի հաստատում:

Բացի դրանից՝ առաջարկվող օրակարգում ներառված էր նաեւ «Երեւանի պետական համալսարան» հիմնադրամի՝ 2019 թ. (հունվար-դեկտեմբեր) եկամուտների եւ ծախսերի կատարողականի մասին հաղորդում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ  «Երեւանի պետական համալսարան» հիմնադրամի կանոնադրության՝ Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստն իրավազոր է, եթե դրան մասնակցում է խորհրդի անդամների կեսից ավելին։

ԵՊՀ ՈՒԽ նախագահ Դավիթ Ափոյանն ասաց, որ ուսանող անդամների բացակայությունը բողոքի նշան է՝ ուղղված  «Բարձրագույն կրթության եւ գիտության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծով կառավարման խորհրդի կազմում ուսանող անդամների թվի կրճատմանը:

«Ես ֆիզիկապես այստեղ եմ, բայց չեմ ստորագրել՝ չհաստատելով ներկայությունս: Մենք ցանկանում ենք կառավարության ուշադրությունը կրկին հրավիրել այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ ուսանողների մասնակցությունը շատ կարեւոր է բուհի կառավարմանը, եւ նրանց թվի կտրուկ կրճատումն ուղիղ հարված է հասցնում բուհի ինքնավարությանը»,- ասաց Դավիթ Ափոյանը եւ փաստեց, որ առաջիկայում այլ քայլեր կիրականցնեն՝ ի նշան բողոքի:

Դավիթ Ափոյանը շեշտեց, որ ուսանողների բողոքն ուղղված չէ կոնկրետ անձի դեմ եւ ներողություն խնդրեց նիստին ներկա անդամներից:

ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Գեւորգ Մուրադյանն իր կարծիքը հայտնեց բողոքի վերաբերյալ՝ այն համարելով անարդյունավետ, եւ նիստը համարեց փակված:
