«ՁԻԱՀ-ի կանխարգելման կենտրոնի» եւ Նորք ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցի միացումը վտանգելու է ամբողջ այն համակարգը, որն այսօր մեզ հնարավորություն է տվել երկրում ունենալ վերահսկելի համաճարակ։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 27-ին, Կառավարության դիմաց բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնելիս լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «ՁԻԱՀ-ի կանխարգելման կենտրոնի» կանխարգելման բաժնի վարիչ Ժանետա Պետրոսյանը։

«Այդ ամենը արվել է առանց մեր կարծիքը հաշվի առնելու, առանց որեւէ լուրջ հիմնավորման։ Այդ կառավարման մոդելու փոփոխման դեպքում ունենալու ենք լուրջ վտանգներ։ Այսքան ժամանակ խնդրել ենք մասնագիտական քննարկումների գալ։ Մեզ որեւէ մեկն այդ քննարկումներին չի հրավիրել։ Համաձայն չենք նաեւ տնօրենի աշխատանքից ազատման որոշման հետ։ Մարդը, եթե անաշխատունակ է, գործատուն իրավունք չունի նրան աշխատանքից ազատելու։ Մեր աշխատակազմի խնդիրն է գալ մասնագիտական քննարկման։ Ցանկանում ենք անմիջականորեն վարչապետին ներկայացնել խնդիրը, քանի որ մտավախություն ունենք՝ խնդիրը ճիշտ չի ներկայացվում նրան։ Ժամանակին դիմել ենք վարչապետին Առողջապահության նախարարին, ունեցել ենք բաց նամակ, որի տակ ստորագրել են 70-ից ավելի աշխատակիցներ»։

Նշենք, որ «ՁԻԱՀ-ի կանխարգելման կենտրոնի» աշխատակիցները Կառավարության շենքի մոտ բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացնում։ Նրանք պահանջում են «ՁԻԱՀ-ի կանխարգելման հանրապետական կենտրոնի» եւ «Նորք» ինֆեկցիոն կլինիկական հիվանդանոցի միացման վերաբերյալ մասնագիտական քննարկում իրականացնել։

Թորոսյանի որոշմամբ՝ ՁԻԱՀ-ի կանխարգելման հանրապետական կենտրոնը եւ «Նորք» ինֆեկցիոն կլինիկական հիվանդանոցը պետք է միավորվեն։ Կենտրոնի աշխատակազմը նախարարի որոշումների հետ համաձայն չէ, ինչի առնչությամբ հայտնել է իր դժգոհությունը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ ԱՆ ՁԻԱՀ-ի կանխարգելման հանրապետական կենտրոնն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում նշել էր, որ Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի հրամանով՝ ՁԻԱՀ-ի կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սամվել Գրիգորյանը 2020 թ. փետրվարի 25-ից ազատվել է աշխատանքից: Նախարարի մեկ այլ հրամանով կենտրոնի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է նշանակվել Արթուր Բերբերյանը:

Նշենք, որ Ոստիկանությունը բերման էր ենթարկել կենտրոնի փոխտնօրեն Արամ Հակոբյանին։ Նա ազատ արձակվելուց հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել էր, որ իրեն բերման էին ենթարկել ինքնիրավչություն կատարելու կասկածանքով։
