40 հազար դրամ` «Ծնողական փառք» մեդալներով ընտանիքներին. ԱԺ-ն քննարկում է համապատասխան օրինագիծը

Առաջարկվող օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը պայմանավորված է Հայաստանում բազմազավակ ընտանիքների դերի եւ կարեւորության գիտակցմամբ: Այս մասին մարտի 3-ին  Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովում «Պետական պարգեւների եւ պատվավոր կոչումների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրինագծի քննարկման ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի փոխնախարար Սմբատ Սագիյանը:

Նախարարի խոսքով` սա թույլ կտա պատշաճ կերպով գնահատել բազմազավակ ընտանիքների ներդրումը պետության կայունության ամրապնդման, դրա առաջընթացի եւ ընդհանուր առմամբ ընտանիքի ինստիտուտի ամրապնդման գործում: Նախարարը նշեց, որ ժամանակակից Հայաստանում քչերն են երեք կամ ավելի երեխա ունենում:
Այս նախագիծն ընդունելիս առաջարկվում է ամսական ֆինանսական աջակցության տեսակ սահմանել այն ծնողների համար, ովքեր ունեն 6 կամ ավելի երեխա եւ պարգեւատրվել են «Ծնողական փառք» մեդալով, որն, ըստ Կառավարության, հետագայում եւս կշեշտի նրանց ներդրումը երկրի ժողովրդագրական իրավիճակի բարելավման եւ առաջընթացի մեջ:

«Ծնողական փառք» մեդալով պարգեւատրված ծնողները կամ ընտանիքներն ընդամենը ինն են: Այս օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության ընդունումը կհանգեցնի հանրապետության պետական բյուջեից լրացուցիչ միջոցներ հատկացնելու անհրաժեշտությանը: Այս օրինագծի ընդունումից հետո «Ծնողական փառք» մեդալ ունեցող 9 բազմազավակ ընտանիքի նախատեսվում է լրացուցիչ 4 միլիոն 320 հազար դրամ տրամադրել: Այսինքն, յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքն ամսական մոտ 40 հազար դրամ կստանա»,- պարզաբանեց Սագիյանը:

Իր հերթին, իշխող «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանը նշեց, որ երկրում բազմազավակ ընտանիքներն ավելի շատ են: «Վերջերս ես հարցում եմ կատարել եւ պարզել եմ, որ մեր երկրում 6 կամ ավելի երեխաներով առնվազն 40 ընտանիք է ապրում»,- ասաց Հովսեփյանը` զարմանք արտահայտելով այն կապակցությամբ, որ այս ամբողջ տարիների ընթացքում այս մեդալը շնորհվել է ընդամենը 9 ընտանիքի:
