«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նախօրեին դատախազության տարածած հայտարարությունից հայտնի դարձավ, որ «համայնքային հողամասերի ինքնակամ զավթումը, շինությունների ինքնակամ կառուցումը կասեցնելու, կանխարգելելու ուղղությամբ միջոցներ չձեռնարկելու» համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Աբովյան համայնքի ղեկավար Վահագն Գևորգյանին:

Վերջինս, սակայն, երեկ հայտարարեց, որ իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում, իսկ ընթացակարգային ու բովանդակային մասը որակեց, «մեղմ ասած», խիստ վիճահարույց իրավունքի, տրամաբանության ու բանականության տեսանկյունից։ 

Գևորգյանը նաև նշել է, որ ինքը ոչ մի հանցանք չի կատարել և բարեխիղճ ծառայել է իր համայնքին ու համաքաղաքացիներին։ Ուշագրավ է նաև հայտարարության այն հատվածը, որտեղ Աբովյան համայնքի ղեկավարը ակնարկում է «որևէ մեկի դիտավորության կամ դառը կյանքի հետևանքով ստացած ապտակների արդյունքում առաջացած «նեղվածության»» մասին:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իրականում իշխանությունները չեն կարողանում «մարսել» իրենց կրած պարտությունը Աբովյանում։ Մյուս կողմից՝ իշխանությունները չեն կարողանում «հանդուրժել» նաև այն համայնքների ղեկավարներին, որոնք, այսպես ասած, «սվոյ» չեն, ինքնուրույն են, առավել ևս նրանց, որոնք ավելի մեծ հեղինակություն ունեն տեղերում, քան իշխանությունները: Մեր տեղեկություններով, հանրապետության այլ համայնքային ղեկավարներ ևս գտնվում են իշխանության «խոշորացույցի» տակ։ Փաստացի, իշխանություններն Աբովյանի օրինակով նաև մեսիջ են հղում այն համայնքների ղեկավարներին, որոնք իրենց «կանտրոլի տակ չեն»։
