Մետաղ ջարդոցի ձայներ էր լսվում, հայհոյանքներ էին հնչեցվում։

Գիշերը «Վստրեչի Ապեր» մականունով հայտնի Արամ Վարդանյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող տներում ոստիկանության գործողությունների հետևանքով անհանգստություն է պատճառվել նաև նրանց հարևաններին։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 5-ին, լրագրողներին պատմեց Արամ Վարդանյանի հարեւաններից Աշխեն Հարությունյանը։

Նշենք, որ փաստաբաններն առավոտյան հայտարարություն էին տարածել, որ ոստիկանության հարյուրավոր աշխատակիցների կողմից տեղի է ունեցել հարձակում Արամ Վարդանյանին եւ նրա հարազատներին պատկանող տների վրա։

«Մինչեւ գիշերվա ժամը 4-ը… երեխեքը անկողնուց են վեր կացել, մենք՝ ընդեղից… Ամբողջ գիշեր, ծեծ-ջարդ, լաց, ոստիկանության համազգեստով մարդիկ ինչ-որ մեկին ծեծում էին, ինչ շուխուռ էր։ Միլիցիայի ֆորմայով աշխատողներն էին, ռիսկ չարեցի տանից դուրս գայի։ Պատուհանից եմ տեսել ամբողջը։ Ինչ-որ մեկին ծեծելով, ջարդելով տանում էին։ Ոչ մեկ չի քնել։ Այ սենց նեղայիններով փախչում էին։ Գիշերվա 02։00-ից մինչեւ 04։00-ն տեւել է այդ գործողությունը»,- պատմեց հարեւանը։

Հարցին՝ արդյոք շա՞տ էին ոստիկանները, հարեւանն ասաց. «Շատ էին, անընդհատ պատուհանի տակով անցնում էին»։

Նշենք, որ NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Ոստիկանության լրատվության ծառայությունից նշել էին, որ Արամ Վարդանյանին կոնկրետ քրեական գործի շրջանակներում են ոստիկանության ծառայողները գործողություններ իրականացրել՝ ունենալով նախաքննական մարմնի` անձին ձերբակալելու մասին որոշում:

Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ փաստաբաններ Լուսինե Սահակյանն ու Երվանդ Վարոսյանն  իրենց ֆեյսբուքյան էջերում հայտարարություն էին տարածել՝ նշելով. «Այսօր՝ գիշերը ժամը 02.40-ի սահմաններում, Ոստիկանության հարյուրավոր աշխատակիցների կողմից տեղի է ունեցել հարձակում Արամ Վարդանյանին եւ նրա հարազատներին պատկանող Արցախի փողոցի 17 հասցեում գտնվող տների վրա:

Ոստիկանության հարյուրավոր աշխատակիցներ շրջափակել են նշված հասցեում գտնվող բազմաթիվ տները, ապօրինի, առանց թույլտվության, ոչինչ չբացատրելով, որեւէ փաստաթուղթ չներկայացնելով, կոտրելով դռներն ու պատուհանները, հատուկ սարքերի միջոցով կտրելով ճաղավանդակները, ներխուժել են նշված տները, որի ընթացքում նաեւ կատարել հափշտակություն։ Անգամ տանը մանկահասակ երեխայի առկայությունը չի կանգնեցրել ոստիկաններին շարունակել զենքի օգտագործմամբ ապօրինությունները, որի հետեւանքով երեխայի առողջությանը պատճառվել լուրջ վնաս»:
