Այս մի գործն այս մարդն էր անում, մյուս գործը՝ մյուսը, ով էլ կողքից ուզում էր մտնել տենդերում կամ ծեծում էին կամ վախեցնում կամ մի բան անում էին, սիրուն, խելոք իր համար գնում էր։ Այլեւս դա չկա եւ դա նոր իրողություն է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 19–ին, Երեւան քաղաքի 2019 թվականի բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվությունը հաստատելու մասին նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանն՝ անդրադառնալով մշտական շահող ընկերություններին, ասելով, որ այսուհետ տենդերնեը պետք է լինեն թափանցիկ եւ բոլորի համար։

Քաղաապետի խոսքով՝ խնդիր է նաեւ, որ մրցույթներին մասնակցում են ընկերություններ, որոնք տվյալ ոլորտից ընդհանրապես պատկերացում չունեն։

«Սկսեցին գալ ընկերություններ, որոնք բացարձակ դրանից տեղյակ չեն կամ մոտավորապես են պատկերացնում։ Ասում է շուկան բացվեց եւ շատ ընկերություններ, որոնք սկսեցին անհիմն ցածր գներ տալ եւ այլն սկսեցին շահել այդ մրցույթները եւ բնականաբար հետագայում չկարողացան տակից դուրս գալ։ Այո, մենք տվեցինք տույժ–տուգանքը, սեւ ցուցակաը, ամբողջն արեցինք, բայց ի վերջո ունեցանք չկատրաված աշխատանք»,– ասաց Մարությանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ քաղաքապետարանում անցած մեկ տարում եղել են խնդիրներ եւ դա նորմալ է եւ երկրորդ տարում եւս կլինեն, սակայն այն ինչ արվել է 2018–2019 թվականներին, պետք է արվեր 20 տարի առաջ. «Մեր հաշվարկներով ամեն ինչ լավ է լինելու, բայց վստահ եմ, որ լինելու են նաեւ խնդիրներ։ Մենք դրել ենք 100 տոկոս բանկային գարանտիա, այդտեղ էլ խնդիրներ եւ բարդություններ կան, հնարավոր է չմասնակցեն ինչ որ մրցույթների։  Այս ամենը պետք է արված լիներ 20 տարի առաջ եւ հիմա բոլոր շտկումները կլիներ արված եւ այսօր կխոսեինք ավելի բարձր մատերիաներից»։

Մարությանի խոսքով՝ քանի դեռ ինքը Երեւանի քաղաքապետն է, երաշխավորն է այն բանի, որ համակարգային փոփոխություններն արվելու են 100 տոկոսով ազնիվ. «Համակարգային փոփոխություններն արվելու են՝ թափանցիկ, արդար, առանց կոռուպցիայի, գլուխն եմ կտրելու այն մարդու, որը կոռուպցիայով է զբաղվելու։ ՀՀ ժողովուրդը վստահել է մեզ եւ եթե մեկն իր մտքով կարող է պատկերացնել, որ կարող է դավաճանել ժողովրդին, ամենակոպիտ պատասխանն է ստանալու բոլորի կողմից, ժողովրդի կողմից, որպես քաղաքապետարանի ղեկավար՝ իմ կողմից»։
