Արցախի ԱԳՆ-ն հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ կապված որոշ սահմաանփակումներ կիրառելու հետ:

Հայտարարությունում ասվում է.

Օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների՝ Արցախի Հանրապետություն մուտքի հետ կապված

  • Արցախի Հանրապետության մշտական ներկայացուցչությունների միջոցով սահմանափակված է նստավայր երկրներից պատվիրակությունների, առանձին անձանց Արցախ Հանրապետություն նախատեսված այցերը, ինչպես նաև օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին Արցախի Հանրապետություն մուտքի արտոնագրերի տրամադրումը,
  • Սահմանափակված է բոլոր օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների մուտքը Արցախի Հանրապետություն՝ բացառությամբ Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների կողմից նախատեսված բացառիկ դեպքերի։

Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների՝ օտարերկրյա պետություններ մուտքի և ելքի հետ կապված Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին հորդորում ենք՝

  • Խստագույնս զերծ մնալ արտասահմանյան ուղևորություն կազմակերպելուց՝ հաշվի առնելով մի շարք երկրներում համաճարակային լարված իրավիճակը, ինչպես նաև նոր տիպի կորոնավիրուսի տարածման դեմ ձեռնարկվող քայլերի համատեքստում տարբեր երկրների կողմից կիրառվող տարբեր սահմանափակումներով:
  • Ներկայումս արտերկրում գտնվող Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին՝ կապ հաստատել ԱՀ ԱԳՆ Հյուպատոսական բաժնի և/կամ տվյալ երկրներում գործող ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների հետ, իսկ հայրենիք վերադառնալիս նախապես ստուգել տարանցիկ երկրներով ՀՀ ժամանման չվերթների հասանելիությունը։

Նոր տիպի կորոնավիրուսի (COVID-19) վարակի լայն տարածում ունեցող երկրներից վերադարձող ԱՀ քաղաքացիների վրա տարածվում է ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար գործող կարգը (14-օրյա պարտադիր ինքնամեկուսացում, եթե որոշում չի կայացվել գտնվել հատուկ կարանտինի վայրում): Իտալիայից վերադարձող ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար գործելու է 14-օրյա պարտադիր կարանտինային ռեժիմ։

Օտարերկրյա պետություններ մուտքի և ելքի հետ կապված գործող սահմանափակումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկացնում ենք նաև, որ փակ է՝

  • ՀՀ և ՌԴ միջև օդային սահմանը՝ մինչև 2020թ. մայիսի 1-ը։ Սահմանափակումը չի վերաբերում իրենց երկրներ վերադարձող ՀՀ, Արցախի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացիներին և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամներին, օրինական հիմքերով բնակության իրավունք ունեցող անձանց։
  • ՀՀ և Վրաստանի սահմանը։ Ըստ Վրաստանի կառավարության որոշման` մինչև 2020 թ. ապրիլի 1-ն արգելվում է բոլոր օտարերկրացիների մուտքը Վրաստանի տարածք: ՀՀ և ԱՀ քաղաքացիների համար Վրաստան մուտքն արգելված է բոլոր ճանապարհներով (հայ-վրացական, ռուս-վրացական, թուրք-վրացական սահմաններով և նաև օդային ու ծովային ճանապարհներով)։ Սահմանափակումը չի տարածվում բեռնափոխադրումների վրա։
  • ՀՀ-ԻԻՀ սահմանը։ Սահմանափակումը չի տարածվում բեռնափոխադրումների վրա։
