Ոստիկանությունը տարածել է հայտարարություն, որում ասվում է.

«Մինչև 2020 թվականի մարտի 31-ը՝ ժամը 23:59-ը՝

Բացառություն է սահմանվում

1) Պարետի՝ 2020 թվականի մարտի 24-ի N 14 չարգելված տնտեսական գործունեության տեսակների տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների աշխատակիցների և Պարետի՝ 2020 թվականի մարտի 24-ի N 15 որոշմամբ սահմանված կարգով աշխատավայրում գտնվելու իրավունք ունեցող անձանց աշխատանքի վայր մեկնելը և վերադառնալը՝ սույն որոշման հավելվածով սահմանված տեղեկությունները պարունակող գրության և անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի առկայության դեպքում.

2) ՀՀ «Առևտրի և ծառայությունների մասին» 2004 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ի ՀՕ-134-Ն օրենքի 3-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ կետով սահմանված առևտրի իրականացման վայրերում և դրանցից դուրս գործող՝ պարենային ապրանքների վաճառք իրականացնող առևտրի օբյեկտներ, դեղատներ, գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի շուկաներ, հիվանդանոցներ ու բժշկական այլ հաստատություններ, խնամքի կարիք ունեցող անձանց բնակության կամ կացության վայր, հոգեհանգստի և հուղարկավորության վայր այցելությունների՝ սույն որոշման հավելվածով սահմանված տեղեկությունները պարունակող գրության և անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի առկայության դեպքում.

3) Բնակության վայրի մոտակայքում օրվա ընթացքում միայն մեկ անգամ ֆիզիկական վարժություններ կամ հեծանվավարություն իրականացնելու նպատակով՝ սույն որոշման հավելվածով սահմանված ձևաչափով լրացված թղթի և անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի առկայության դեպքում․

3. Սույն որոշման 2-րդ կետի 1-ին և 2-րդ ենթակետերով սահմանված դեպքերում թույլատրվում է անձնական տրանսպորտային միջոցներով առավելագույնը երկու անձանց (ներառյալ վարորդը) տեղափոխումը.

Որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում 2020 թվականի մարտի 24-ին՝ ժամը 23:59-ին»:
