Արցախի ԱԺ կանցնի հինգ կուսակցություն

Արցախի մարտի 31-ին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախնական արդյունքներով Արցախի նոր խորհրդարան կանցնեն 5 քաղաքական ուժեր:

Քվեարկության մասնակցել է 76 712 ընտրող, որը կազմում է  ընտրողների 73,5 տոկոսը: Անվավեր քվեարթերթիկների թիվը կազմել է 2418 կամ 2,8 տոկոս:

ԱՀ-ում գործող օրենքների համաձայն ԱԺ-ում ընտրված են համարվում կուսակցությունների համար 5 տոկոսի շեմը հաղթահարած կուսակցությունները, իսկ կուսակցությունների դաշինքների դեպքում անցողիկ շեմը կազմում է 7 տոկոս:

Նախնական արդյունքների համաձայն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Արցախի խորհրդարանը բաղկացած կլինի կլինեն 5 քաղաքական ուժերից:

Ըստ ԱՀ ԿԸՀ նախնական տվյալների՝

«Ազատ հայրենիք-ՔՄԴ» դաշինքը Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ ստացել է  29688 ձայն, որը կազմում է ընդհանուր ձայների 40.4 տոկոսը, Սամվել Բաբայանի «Միասնական հայրենիք» կուսակցությունը ստացել է 17365 ձայն, որը կազմում է ընդհանուր ձայների 23.63 տոկոսը, Վիտալի Բալասանյանի ղեկավարած «Արցախի Արդարություն կուսակցություն»-ը  5865 ձայն, որը կազմում է 7,9 տոկոս, ՀՅԴ-ի օգտին քվերակել է 4717 անձ որը կազմում է 6,4 տոկոս: Աշոտ Ղուլյանի ղեկավարած «Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցություն»-ը ստացել է 4269 ձայն, որը կազմում է 5.81 տոկոս:

«Նոր Արցախ» կուսակցությունների դաշինքը ստացել է 3305 ձայն, որը կազմում է 4.5 տոկոս, Հայկ Խանումյանի «Ազգային վերածնունդ» կուսակցությունը ստացել է 2360 ձայն, որը կազմում է 3,2 տոկոս, «Արցախի պահպանողական կուսակցություն»-ը ստացել է  2108 ձայն՝ ընտրողների 2,8 տոկոսը, «Արցախի հեղափոխական կուսակցություն»–ը՝1660 ձայն, որը կազմում է 2.6 տոկոս:

Վահան Բադասյանի գլխավորած «Միացյալ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը ստացել է 958 ձայն՝ 1.3 տոկոս, «Անկախության սերունդ» կուսակցությունը ստացել է 656 ձայն՝ 0.9 տոկոս, «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կոմունիստական» կուսակցությունը՝ 480 ձայն, որը կազմում է 0.65 տոկոս:

Ըստ այդմ՝ ԱՀ ԿԸՀ նախագահ Սրբուհի Արզումանյանի խոսքով, նախնական տվյալներով «Ազատ Հայրենիք» ՔՄԴ դաշինքը կունենա 19 մանդատ, «Միասնական Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունը՝ 9 մանդատ, «Արցախի արդարություն» և ՀՅԴ կուսակցությունները՝ 3-ական մանդատ, իսկ Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցությունը՝ 2 մանդատ:
