Դանիել Իոաննիսյանին մեկդ փոխանցեք՝ որ ինքը ՈՉ մեկ է, որ ինձ հորդորի կամ սադրի մեր կազմակերպության Ֆինանսավորումը ասել: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում  գրել է Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը` արձագանքելով «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» ՀԿ նախագահ Դանիել Իոանիսյանի այն գրառմանը, որ ինքը կեղծ դիտորդություն է արել Արցախում:

«Երկու տարի առաջ իր մասին իմ հնչեցրած գնահատականից հետո աշխատել եմ չանդրադառնալ ստորեւ բերվող պերսոնաժի Չմտքերին։

Դանիել Իոաննիսյանին մեկդ փոխանցեք՝ որ ինքը ՈՉ մեկ է, որ ինձ հորդորի կամ սադրի մեր կազմակերպության Ֆինանսավորումը ասել։ Կհրապարակեմ սահմանված կարգով։ Սա մեկ։ Ի դեպ՝ տղա՜ ի տարբերություն քո սորոսական դոլարային միլիոնների, մեր ծախսերը խիստ համեստ են, դրամով են ու միլիոնի չեն հասնում։ Հիշիր՝ պատասխան ես տալու, եթե չապացուցես, որ գողացած փողեր են։

Դու Սորոսի չգողացած փողերը ծախսիր ու հայրենիք եւ Արցախ բառերը արտաբերիր՝ առանց ամաչել։

Ուրեմն՝ սույն անձի ազդեցությամբ գործող կայքը զանգահարել էր ինձ երկու օր առաջ՝ հարցնելով արդյոք կազմակերպությունը արել է դիտորդություն թե ոչ՝ ասացի այո ( ես վատառողջ լինելու պատճառով 2-րդ փուլում անձամբ ներկա չեմ եղել): Հաջորդ հարցը հետեւյալն էր՝ ձեր կազմակերպությունը ունի պետական կամ մասնավոր ֆինանսավորում ունի թե չէ։ Ասացի, որ ունենալ պետական ֆինանսավորման մենաշնորհ կարող է ունենալ միայն Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորումը եւ «Transparency international»-ը։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ շաաատ վաղուց արդեն աշխատանքային ժամ չէր, խոսակցությունը ընդհատել եմ ու կախել լսափողը։

Արցախցի դիտորդին անգրագետ ասողը անհայրենիք անդաստիարակ է։ Հատկապես՝ սեփական դիտորդների ագրեսիվ ու թշնամական պահվածքի դեպքում։

Այո հիգիենայի նորմերը մեր դիտարկած ԲՈԼՈՐ տեղամասերում պահպանվել են։

Սրացումները հասկանալի են։ Գարունը կապ չունի։ Մի նեղվի՝ էլի կդիտարկես՝ աշխարհի ամենամեթոդաբան դիտորդ ջան։ Ու գուցե անգամ՝ փչացնես էլ ինչ որ բան։
