Փաշինյանի երեկվա լայվ-շոուն վկայում է, որ կոնկրետ նպատակներ ու ծրագիր չունեցող կառավարման համակարգը հայտնվել է տեղապտույտի մեջ: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարար, ՀՀԿ անդամ Արտակ Զաքարյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է.

«...Ասում են, որ տաղանդավոր դիլետանտներից վատ միայն անտաղանդ պրոֆեսիոնալներն են: Այսօր մեր քաղաքական դաշտում այս ասույթը սկսել է աչք ծակել, եւ ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դեռ որոշ ժամանակ տաղանդավոր դիլետանտներն ու անտաղանդ պրոֆեսիոնալները գործ անելու փոխարեն կշարունակեն ժխտել, մերժել, քննադատել, նախկինը սեւացնել ու ինքնագոհ առաջ շարժվել, մինչեւ կգա արդյունքների ամփոփման իրական ժամանակը»։

Այս գրառումը ՖԲ-ում արել էի ուղիղ 18 ամիս առաջ։

Փաշինյանի՝ երեկվա լայվ-շոուն վկայում է այն մասին, որ կոնկրետ նպատակներ ու ծրագիր չունեցող կառավարման համակարգը հայտնվել է տեղապտույտի մեջ։ Հայաստանում պետական կառավարումը վերածվել է մանիպուլյացիաների մեթոդական լաբորատորիայի։ Սակայն «հեղափոխությունը» վերաիմաստավորելու փորձերը այլեւս չեն երկարաձգելու մարդկանց սպասումները։ Որովհետեւ մարդիկ հիմար չեն, ու տեսնում են, որ հենց փաշինյանական կառավարող «էլիտայի» տաղանդավոր դիլետանտներն ու անտաղանդ պրոֆեսիոնալներն աղավաղեցին, գրոշի արժեքի վերածեցին այսպես կոչված հեղափոխության իմաստը։

Ժամանակին Վազգեն Սարգսյանն ասում էր «Հայաստանը որբի գլուխ չէ, որ ով ինչպես ուզենա խուզի»։ Հիշեք, որ արդյունքներն ամփոփելու ժամանակը մոտեցել է։ Հիմա դու՛ք պետք է հաշվետու լինեք, ոչ թե շարունակեք այլոցից հնարովի հաշիվներ պահանջել։

Հ.Գ. Ի դեպ, եթե այսօր աշխարհի որեւէ կառավարություն 100 փաստ հրապարակեր, որոնք ժողովրդի աչքերում իրական եւ էական լինեին, ապա վստահաբար այդ կառավարության ամբողջ կազմը կհերոսացվեր։ Այնպես, որ վիրտուալ հարթությունից տեղափոխվեք իրական կյանք»:
