Անցյալ տարի Մոսկվայում Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպմանն առաջարկված ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման վերաբերյալ որոշումներն ակտիվորեն քննարկվում են, դրանց ստորագրումը կարեւոր քայլ կլիներ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի բանաձեւերի իրականացման ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին երեքշաբթի օրը Ա. Գորչակովի անվան հանրային դիվանագիտության աջակցության հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչների հետ տեսակոնֆերանսի ձեւաչափով կլոր սեղանի ընթացքում հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Կան մադրիդյան սկզբունքները, կան փաստաթղթեր, որոնք պատրաստվել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից 2010-2011 թվականներին` այսպես կոչված, Կազանյան փաստաթուղթը: Կան նախագծեր, որոնք տարածվել են անցյալ տարվա ապրիլին համանախագահների մասնակցությամբ Մոսկվայում Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հանդիպմանը, եւ դրանք այժմ ակտիվորեն քննարկվում են»,- ասել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարարը:

Լավրովը պարզաբանել է, որ այդ փաստաթղթերը «փուլային մոտեցման հիման վրա կարգավորմանը հասնել են նշանակում` առաջին փուլում ենթադրելով առավել հրատապ խնդիրների լուծում, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ մի շարք տարածքների ազատում եւ տրանսպորտային, տնտեսական եւ այլ հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակում»:

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ դրանց ստորագրումը լուրջ քայլ կլինի ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի բանաձեւերի իրականացման գործում: «Համոզված եմ, որ երբ մենք հանգենք այդ փաստաթղթերը ստորագրելու որոշմանը, սա կարեւորագույն քայլ կլինի ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության Խորհրդի բանաձեւերը կյանքի կոչման ուղղությամբ, որոնց մասին է խոսքը եւ որոնք, կրկնում եմ եւս մեկ անգամ, պահանջում էին վերջ տալ պատերազմին եւ սկսել պայմանավորվել»,- շեշտել է  Լավրովը:

«Սկսել են պայմանավորվել, հիմա պետք է պայմանավորվել: Հենց դրան էլ մենք ձգտում ենք` որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ»,- շեշտել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը: Բացի այդ, Լավրովը լավ եւ օգտակար է անվանել ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի շուրջ բանակցությունների ձեւաչափը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում: «Հենց դրանում է մարմնավորվել Անվտանգության խորհրդի հենց այդ պահանջն այն մասին, որ անհրաժեշտ է վերջ տալ պատերազմին եւ սկսել պայմանավորվել»,- հավելել է նա:
