Ինչո՞ւ որոշ մարդկանց մոտ կորոնավիրուսը ոչ մի ախտանիշ չի առաջացնում

Ինչո՞ւ կորոնավիրուսով վարակված որոշ մարդիկ չեն ունենում COVID-19 հիվանդության ախտանիշներ, իսկ մյուսների մոտ զարգանում է ծանր թոքաբորբ: Այս հարցը փորձել են պարզել Սիդնեյի համալսարանի եւ Սիդնեյի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի (Ավստրալիա) գիտնականները:

Որոշ հետազոտություններ ցույց են տալիս, որ COVID-19-ով մարդկանց մոտ ավելի մեծ վիրուսային ծանրաբեռնվածությունը (հեղուկի ծավալի մեկ միավորին վիրուսային մասնիկների քանակությունը) հայտնաբերվում է ախտանիշների հայտնվելուց անմիջապես առաջ եւ դրանից կարճ ժամանակ հետո, հայտնում է Science Alert պարբերականը: Դրանք վարակիչ են մինչեւ ախտանիշների հայտնվելը արդեն 48 ժամ առաջ: Սակայն մինչեւ հիմա հայտնի չէ, թե շրջապատողների համար ինչ վտանգ են ներկայացնում վիրուսի առանց ախտանիշների կրողները: Վերջին տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ վարակվածների ընդհանուր թվում դրանց բաժինը կազմում է մինչեւ 80 տոկոս եւ ավելի:

SARS-CoV-2 վիրուսը բջջի մեջ թափանցելու համար կապվում է ACE2 բջջային ռեցեպտորների հետ, որոնք մեծ քանակությամբ պարունակվում են թոքերում, երիկամներում, սրտում եւ աղիներում: Գաղտնի շրջանը տեւում է միջինը մինչեւ 14 օր, իսկ իմունային պատասխանի զարգացումը վճռորոշ դեր է խաղում վիրուսային ծանրաբեռնվածության նվազման եւ շնչառական համակարգի հետ կապված ծանր ախտանիշների զարգացման կանխման մեջ: Վարկածներից մեկի համաձայն՝ երեխաների մոտ բնածին իմունիտետն ավելի ուժեղ է, քան մեծահասակների մոտ, ինչով կարելի է բացատրել վիրուսի հանդեպ դեռահասների ցածր ընկալունակությունը եւ հիվանդության թեթեւ ընթացքը:

Եթե առողջ մեծահասակ մարդու մոտ տեղի է ունենում ձեռքբերովի իմունիտետի մշակում, սա օրգանիզմին թույլ է տալիս ախտածինը ճանաչել տարբեր փուլերում եւ սկսել դրա դեմ պայքարել: Հնարավոր է՝ հիվանդությունը չի էլ հասցնի արտահայտվել, եւ մարդն անգամ չի հասկանա, որ հիվանդ է եղել:

Սակայն եթե վիրուսը հասցնում է ընկնել թոքերի մեջ, իմունային ռեակցիաները բերում են ալվեոլները հեղուկով լցվելուն՝ վատացնելով գազափոխանակությունը։ Զարգանում են պնեւմոնիայի ախտանիշներ, ինչպիսին են տենդը, խորխով հազը եւ շնչարգելությունը։ Որոշ դեպքերում իմունային համակարգի ռեակցիան կարող է չափից շատ լինել կամ երկար լինել, սակայն հանգեցնում է ցիտոկինային գրոհի՝ համակարգային բորբոքման, որը վնասում է կենսական կարեւոր օրգանները։
