Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներում մեկնաբանություն է հրապարակվել, թե, իբր, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն ԱՊԱ գործակալության համար մեկնաբանել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հայտարարությանն ի պատասխան ՀՀ ԱԳՆ ղեկավար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի հայտարարությունը:

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական կայքում հայտարարության տեքստը գտնել չհաջողվեց: Այդուհանդերձ, NEWS.am-ը ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներում հրապարակված մեկնաբանությունը ներկայացնում է ամբողջությամբ:

«Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման տարրերից մեկը տարածքների վերադարձն է, ինչպես նաեւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իրավական կարգավիճակի վերջնական որոշումը»,-ԱՊԱ-ին հայտնել են ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ում:

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մեկնաբանության մեջ նշվում է, որ որպես ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահող երկիր՝ ՌԴ-ի դիրքորոշումը բազմիցս հնչեցվել է Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ֆրանսիայի ղեկավարների համատեղ հայտարարություններում. «Դրա հիմքում ընկած են Հելսինկյան եզրափակիչ ակտի հիմնական սկզբունքները, ներառյալ՝ ուժի չկիրառման, տարածքային ամբողջականության եւ ինքնորոշման սկզբունքները: Կարգավորման տարրերից մեկը տարածքների վերադարձն ու կարգավիճակի վերջնական սահմանումն է: Ինչ վերաբերում է փաստաթղթերին եւ առաջարկներներին, դրանք ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը թվարկել է»:

Նշվում է նաեւ, որ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման թեման բավականին դելիկատ է: «Ելնում ենք նրանից, որ կարգավորման հարցը պետք է դիտարկել բանակցությունների ընթացքում: Այդ թեմայով խորհրդակցությունները շարունակվում են: Այդ մասին վկայում է ապրիլի 21-ին ՀՀ եւ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների եւ համանախագահների մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած տեսահամաժողովը»,-հաղորդում է ԱՊԱ-ն:
